The guestroom room has a separate entrance located off a covered, back porch with a small table and chairs for summer use. There is adjustable heat and cool air from the wall mounted air-source, heat pump. The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal (toaster oven, single induction “hot” plate, water heater) We live in a historic building. Our neighborhood is very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe are nearby too with skiing, hiking and biking.

Set on bucolic backroads, looking out towards Stowe, the little Farmhouse is a Vermont country paradise. Starting in 2026, we will be building a home adjacent to the farmhouse. The property might be a bit of a construction project in the Spring and through the Summer. *Read the “rules” section if you plan to bring a dog :) .

The Maple Lodge at Lake Elmore is a two bedroom handcrafted home located between Montpelier and Stowe Vermont. Nearby skiing, hiking and seasonal recreation opportunities await your visit. The Elmore State Park provides a wonderful beach and watercraft rental & hiking trails for Mount Elmore. Close to the Lamoille Valley Rail Trail-a 90 mile walking/biking/snowmobile trail. There is a 24 hour supermarket, restaurants, shopping, & hospital.

This is a Cozy 1 bedroom upstairs apt. with private entry, 600 sq. ft. Full bath, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV and DISH network, free Wi-Fi. Bedroom has 1 queen size bed. Nice private deck for sitting or BBQ. Located on a very quite country dirt road. Nice views of Worcester Ridge and Elmore Mt. A 15 minute drive to Stowe Village, 30 minutes to Stowe Mt. ski area and an hour drive to Burlington and BTV airport.

Feel comfortable and at peace in our cozy yet light filled guest room with it’s own private entrance and spacious bathroom. It is well appointed with antiques, a hand carved queen bed and a big collection of eclectic books that we encourage our guests to go home with.
