Our accommodation is just a short walk from Colmberg Castle and the golf course. This 95-square-metre house features a comfortable living room, a dining room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor. Downtown is a 10-minute walk. The B 29 to Stuttgart and the B 19 to Oberkochen/Heidenheim are very close. The factory bus to the Zeiss company is only about 200 meters away. The apartment is exceptionally equipped. In winter, the underfloor heating is wonderfully warm.

The appartment is located on the first floor of a well-maintained two parties house and impresses with its spacious layout and pleasant living atmosphere, including a private and sunny balcony and a fully equiped kitchen. The quiet, traffic-calmed location ensures a peaceful and relaxing stay. Free parking slots are available on the street. The property is spacious, green and in a quiet location, with very good connections to the transport network and the A6 highway. The region is known for numerous hiking trails in the Jagst Valley, which you can reach in a few minutes on foot. The town of Kirchberg offers a beautiful old town and a lively castle.
