Anemosyrma

Anemosyrma is a traditional beach house in the magnificent island of Milos. Located in the small picturesque village of Agios Konstantinos, Anemosyrma (“anemos” greek word for wind & “syrma” for Melian boat house) is actually the upper floor of a traditional “syrma”, where people used to drag and store their boats to be protected from the sea. The apartment of 50m2 in an open space plan, has a balcony overlooking the sea and it preserves a modern country style featuring unique Cycladic elements.

Nestled just a few steps from the village center and close to the convenient free public parking, our recently renovated double room offers a blend of traditional Cycladic charm and contemporary comfort. Wake up with a view of the traditional village, Polyaigos and the endless blue sky from the courtyard, fully furnished to enjoy moments of relaxation or a drink. It can accommodate up to 2 persons.

Echoes Milos

Milos Echoes is a triumph of Greek architectural design and hospitality floating above the Aegean Sea. This intimate complex of six suites honors the Greek tradition of simplicity and is oriented only for adults. Echoes Suites' stunning location is perfect for sunset lovers. As the sun starts to slowly sink into the Aegean Sea our guests settle into comfortable private terraces that blend into the landscape and enjoy the enchanting spectacle. The universal Greek word “echo” is our inspiration.

Eco Stone House

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish house a few meters from the beach. The house is a converted old barn made of stone and it has been renovated by myself in 2022. All the materials used are emblematic of Greek vernacular architecture ranging from wooden chestnut ceilings, to stone floors, to marble countertops. All furnishing are antiques or custom made, designed or picked by me. The house is an eco residence. Rain water is collected in the winter and used in the summer for daily needs.

Esperos seaside apartment in Adamas, Milos, is new, beautifully designed and can accomodate 4 persons. Many amenities, aircondition, kitchen, sitting room and balcony to ensure a comfortable vacation by the sea. It is in walking distance from the port, near the restaurants, the shops and all other services. Only a few meters away from the beach, in a quiet neighborhood and offers parking space. Because of its position its can also become your starting point to exlpore the island of Milos.

Lostromos cave at Karras

Enjoy the waves of the sea and the sounds of nature while staying in this unique "Syrma", an in-cave house. It has been built to give unique moments to its guests, who become one with the wave by staying in this architectural diamond, created with the love and passion of Leonardo, owner of the Lostromos cafe coctail bar in Psathi, Kimolos. It is an ideal accommodation for marine tourism, as it offers right in front of it a jetty and moorings in the sheltered bay of Karras.

All Welcome 2-bedroom apartment

A 2-bedroom apartment (without a living room), ideal for families, companies, or groups with a pet! Centrally located, in walking distance to Pollonia village. The bedrooms have each their own bath and balcony. So in total of two balconies each of 4,5sq m in size. One of the balconies has sea view will the other has partial sea view. There is also a small kitchen available

Mersinia

We host in three more houses in Kimolos. Vroulidi Charplovouni Makropounta The house is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, a five-minute walk from the center of the village. Next to the bus stop, opposite the Kiki mini market and above the free municipal parking. The internet speed is very good and many guests come for remote work.

Maison Esperia

Built at a beautiful location in the picturesque village of Pollonia, Maison Esperia offers free, limitless sea view towards the Aegean sunset which will amaze you. The maisonette is only a few steps away from the center of the village. Built in 2020, it is an ideal choice for couples or families since it can accommodate up to 5 people.

Manolis And Filio Home -By The Sea

Μanolis and filio home by the sea is on the first floor while on the ground floor there is another independent home (belongs to another owner) The building is right in front of the beach, where you can swim with the most beautiful the sunset. The home is 5 minute walk from Alogomandra, one of the most exciting beaches in Milos.
