This home did *NOT* flood during the hurricanes. It’s fully functional. Direct/Private saltwater access in the backyard, fishing off the dock, HEATED pool, waterfall, paddle boards, kayaks, basketball hoop, beautiful backyard garden, garage gym, sauna. Family friendly neighborhood. Always professionally cleaned. I do my best to create a clean, fun, amenity filled space for families. Ideally located in the Village of the Arts amongst dozens of art galleries, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. For example, The Adobe Lounge offers coffee and kava and is only a 2 minute walk. Downtown Bradenton is mile away (a 3 minute drive, 20 min walk) with its own collection of breakfast cafes, restaurants, shops, and bars, a brilliant farmers market, and a beautiful riverwalk. Some of the best beaches in the America are only 15 minutes away by car.

Vacation on the river! There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a pullout full sized sofa bed in the living room + 1 twin (if requested) in 3rd bedroom/office), so bring friends! There's a pool, hurricane windows , plenty of parking including your trailers and RVs + fish out back! Close to beaches, and downtown Bradenton, Sarasota, and St. Petersburg - 45 min to Tampa 20 to Anna Maria & 20 to Sarasota.

Our guest house is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, a few miles from the sandy white beaches of Coquina Beach, Brandenton Beach, Holmes Beach, Manatee Beach, Ana Maria Island, and Siesta Key Beach. The Downtown and IMG Academy are also just a short drive away. Our home is a perfect place to relax between trips to the beach and local attractions.
