Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Elkins Park

The area was great! Our host was friendly and communicative. The home was clean and exactly as described. Check-in was simple. We would highly recommend this property!

stay at his place only for one day to attend my daughter's graduation. Check in is easy, the house was clean, spotless and perfect for my group. Everything was labelled accordingly. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay at this place again and will recommend to friends.

Jason is an excellent host and perfectly communicative. He provided great recommendations for local spots and was very helpful when a member of our party, who doesn't typically use Airbnb, arrived early. The home is ideal for a large group, featuring comfortable beds and minimal wait times for showers. Some construction across the street woke us up early, but that's beyond anyone's control. Additionally, it's worth noting that the cleaners do not leave many supplies readily accessible, so it's a good idea to bring extra detergent, soaps, and wipes if you prefer to keep things tidy during your stay.

We haven’t been back to Philly in over 10 years! It was nice to have a safe, clean and easily accessible place to stay. The stairs were a bit of a challenge after walking all day, but I knew that when I booked it! Just letting others know. I apperciated all of communication and help from the hosts. If I ever come back to the city, I would stay here again 100%!

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. Super great place to stay! The best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb that I have stayed in-and I’ve stayed in many. The street is quiet and the neighborhood is fun to walk in. It is easy to walk from the house to downtown Philadelphia and very close to the museums and the parkway. The hosts are attentive and easy to get ahold of. Oh, also nice to have a washer, dryer and ironing board-we were in town for a wedding:)

Connie’s home is special. It is homey and clean but with modern appliances and it is comfortable. It is a great setting for a getaway. The koi fish are fun to feed and the backyard is fenced in and great for play. Connie is a great host. Lovely home.

This was a great central location for our trip. It’s an old home with all of the creeks and character with an updated feel. It was a great place to stay!

This was my second time within a week that I stayed at Marc's place! That should tell you how nice the place is and how responsive he is! I would use his place again when coming to Philly if it's available and I would recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay while in Philly. Thanks again Marc for opening your place to me and my family you are a great host!

Melanie has created a really nice space - comfortable, pretty, with a lot of nice details (including some very welcomed snacks and toiletries). And easy walk to everything. I recommend both this air BnB and Phoenixville, which is right on the Schuylkill River bike trail.

Our stay at Dee’s place was perfect. Upon walking in I immediately noticed how clean the space was. We had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable and the linens and towels were so soft. The dresser was large and allowed us to unpack and not live out of our suitcases! The Wi-Fi was easy to get on and strong. The neighborhood is quiet. Dee is an excellent communicator and we really enjoyed meeting her. The next time we come to Willow Grove to visit family we know exactly where we will be staying… at Dee’s.

We had a little trouble with the lock checking in but our host was really responsive and the issue was resolved in less than 20 minutes. Comfy bed. Pillows were thin but we slept fine with 2 of them. Very clean space in a great location!! Would book again ✨

Very clean and comfortable, spacious, and good location. I was able to easily find restaurants with gluten-free options, and kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cooking implements.

Hala was a great host. Super responsive and kind. We got in early on a red eye thinking we'd be struggling to buddy our time until check-in but when I asked for very early check in time, she immediately responded and hence became our hero! Dunkin next door was a bonus. The place was very nice and exactly as shown. Loved having this as our home base for us meeting family in Elkins Park. Thanks!

This is my second time coming to stay at Ms. Chandra's place and as usual it was amazing. The place is always extremely clean and tidy I never have an issue. She always provides me with information about check in and check out. Which helps because then I don't have to go back to the listing and read check out instructions. Overall 100/10 experience and I'll be back again I guarantee it.

Great stay, responsive host, & convenient location. Not too far from the happenings. I would absolutely stay again.
