Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Elkhart County

This is a beautiful home situated on a nice property overlooking a pond and great view of nature. Situated just minutes from the Amish community of Northern Indiana provided a peaceful weekend retreat for our family. Communication with Melissa was proactive and top notch! Would definitely recommend to stay again!

Nice little home with a great backyard for the kids to run around in. Comfortable patio furniture so that the adults could relax for a minute while watching the kids. Thank you for providing a comfortable home for our stay!

This was a fantastic place to stay! Perfect for a short get away. The home was described 100% accurately and I very much so enjoyed my stay there. The river view was the perfect backdrop for coffee in the morning!

This was a perfect cozy and peaceful cottage. we can't wait to return in the warmer months but we still enjoyed waking up to the pretty lake. We were warm and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could want! The house was very clean! Ryan is a terrific host and responds promptly with friendly and very helpful messages.

We were a group of 4 adult men in town for Notre Dame football game. Just a quick one night stay. The house was just as described. Super clean and convenient for going to Notre Dame stadium. We were able to pop up an air mattress to make a fourth bed. It was very clean and comfortable and homey. I would stay there again.

Host was the best! Their place is very nice and well kept up. If you’re looking for a weekend getaway with a big group, this house is definitely it. The pool was great as well and we enjoyed our weekend stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hilltop!! We hosted a family get together and the house was great for all involved. The bunkroom was a hit with the younger generation. Clark was very responsive and helpful and the house was very well stocked! I highly recommend this home out in the country when you're in the area!

Best place we have stayed in South Bend, our son is a senior at Notre Dame, and I only wish we had found this sooner. Teena went above and beyond to make our family comfortable, stocking the kitchen with a few of our favorite things and making sure we knew how to get in to the house before arrival. The home is very comfortable, with space for lounging, dining and sleeping. Bathroom was stocked with products in case we forgot anything. Location is walkable to ND campus, Eddy street and in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. We could not be more grateful to Teena for making our stay special and memorable. Thank you, we will be back!

Excellent place, super friendly, the space is good and comfortable to go for work or vacation. The only detail is that it doesn't have a stove. But otherwise it's super good and with a good price. We recommend them.

This was a great place to stay on our work trip. It was clean and quiet and located close to our work. The apartment was equipped with everything we could have needed. Bergeline was quick to answer any questions we had.

modern cabin update in a private, serene setting makes for a relaxing escape. Lucas is a great host who's done a wonderful job of transforming the property into a place where you can really get away from it all while still being conveniently situated for visiting Middlebury, Shipshewana, Goshen, Elkhart, and other points of interest (check out Bonneyville Mills nearby). loved the fireplace and comfy king bed. as stated there's no wi-fi and cell service was a bit spotty, but you'll likely enjoy the experience without having to contend with the distractions. highly recommended overall and would definitely look to stay here when in the area again.

We were very happy to find Lindsey's listing. The cabin was beautiful. Once we arrived we really didn't want to leave. Mike had a wonderful Christmas light display in the living area which he shared with us. We really hope to stay here in the future. Wonderful place to stay and wonderful and gracious hosts. My fiance and I had an amazing weekend celebrating his birthday. This place was a perfect escape from our busy city life. There is something so beautiful about being away from all the noice and just reconnecting with nature. Tena was an amazing host and really made us feel at home. Thank you!

Sitting in a comfy recliner next to the fireplace and looking out at a tranquil snowy landscape with majestic cranes was just the relaxing break I needed!

This was my second time staying at this house, and it's definitely one of my favorite places to stay. It is so warm, cozy, and comfortable. The huge fireplace is my favorite feature! Between the comfy furniture and that amazing fireplace, I never want to leave the living room when I'm staying there :) The huge TV with tons of streaming channels is also a great way to get caught up on all the shows you've been meaning to binge! ;) Julie is an amazing host--very helpful and accommodating, very responsive, and she goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. I couldn't recommend her and this great house more!

Holley's place fit the description and photos exactly as presented. We were looking for a place that was relatively close to Notre Dame, and that allowed us to bring our dog. This place fit the bill. It was easy to find, clean, and as I said, fit the description and photos exactly. It was also a nice area to walk our dog. We were here in December and so we could not take advantage of the lake, but if you are here in summer, it's just a stone's throw away, and I imagine very nice. When you think about how much hotels in South Bend and even Elkhart charge on game days this was a no brainer. The price was solid and it was a relatively fast and easy drive from ND. I would definitely stay here again on another game weekend. Thank you Holley!

this place was absolutely beautiful! it was a little off the beaten path but the directions given were perfect. We will definitely be looking to come back!
