One is the main cottage with everything you need, sleeps 2. The other is a bunkhouse for sleeping. There is no bath or kitchen in the bunkhouse. It has two recliners, a tv, and a daybed. The property is 40 acres of trees, walking paths, post & beam pavilion, 2 fishing ponds all enjoyed on your own private deck.
