Daniel and Katherine place was perfect for holding my husband, sons, and brother (for one of the nights). It’s spacious and comfortable. The linens were very nice. The screened in porch was lovely to sit on in the evening. We saw night herons, wood storks and white herons while there. To top it off, it’s close to Tarpon Springs and some great waterfront restaurants.

Great host, lovely place, nice quiet neighborhood. Tarpon Springs is a great place to visit with super good possibilities. We will certainly stay at Maria's place again when we are in the area.

stay was fantastic. only things I would have a (complaint) about would be there is nothing to hold onto while getting in the pool and the master bedroom has 1 outlet per side due to no ceiling lights. otherwise absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be staying again.

My fiancé and I along with our dogs had a great time staying at Elaine’s place! The house & views were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in Angela and Trevor's home. We spent most of our time relaxing in the sunroom and pool, which has a refreshing waterfall. We also appreciated how nice and quiet the neighborhood was.

Freddie was quick to respond. Everything was just as stated. Even extended my stay an extra week. Would have stayed long if my schedule allowed.

Christian's mom met us at the door and gave us a tour of the place. She was readily available to answer any questions we had. Very quiet backyard and peaceful surrounding on the dock.

We enjoyed our stay at Saundra’s place. She was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The dock was a highlight for our family. The neighbor is very peacefully. There is a nice bar and grill close by, so we did get to hear some karaoke and music, but didn’t mind it one bit. That’s the only real loud part of the area. But we didn’t find it a problem at all. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time at Ruta’s airbnb. She was always very quick to respond when we needed anything which was greatly appreciated. She has everything you would need at her airbnb and she gave us great recommendations.

Great stay. The place was exactly as described. We spent most of our time in the outdoor space relaxing in the pool and letting the dogs romp in the nice, private fenced yard.

Gloria’s private suite was everything this busy mama needed for a relaxing beach getaway with my kids. She has everything you need to have a great day at the beach including coolers, beach wagon, toys, sunscreen, towels, blankets and more. We loved coming back to the private saltwater pool for a swim after a long day of exploring. The suite felt like a home away from home and Gloria was so accommodating to not only us but my dog who she had filtered water, treats and toys waiting for him when we arrived and also let him hang out with her and her dog while we were at the beach! The location is close to many beautiful parks and beaches. We enjoyed watching the sunset from Sunset Beach close by. Would definitely book here again!

We visited for my son's graduation. The house accommodated us very well. Spacious, clean, plenty of towels. The pool, grill, and fire pit was a plus.

Jim is a great host. i highly recommend checking in with him if planning a trip to the area. very helpful and flexible. he makes sure you are comfortable and goes above and beyond to do so

It’s was very nice cozy

Had the pleasure of staying here for a few days. Nice quiet neighborhood and a very peaceful and relaxing time hanging out here. Would not hesitate to book again only next time would like to book a fishing trip on the Reel Anomaly docked out back. Just book it and enjoy.

Very nice, feel like Home.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The house was perfect to stay in, very cozy and spacious. Perfect spot for our home base when going to Universal for a day. The weather was perfect as well and being able to kayak down the river a bit was very therapeutic. Would love to come back again, especially to visit Tarpon Springs again. Love from Louisiana.

I loved this tiny home. It was just like the pictures. Very cozy and had all the amenities I needed. Easy to access and close to plenty of restaurants and stores off the highway. Beach was only 25 minutes a way which was great. Host was amazing and very accommodating. 10/10 would 100% recommend!

Our visit was wonderful. We had a great time! The place was perfect for us and we took advantage of all that was offered. Plenty of towels, air conditioning was good, clean, plenty of room and we didn't have to do anything for checkout. Only thing was we had to buy measuring cups, spoons and a mixing bowl, of which we left for others to use. I will keep this place in mind in the future. A nice place for a family vacation!

Great place! Just perfect for our short term needs! The place is clean, the bed is perfect, and the shower is AMAZING!!! Highly recommended
