Absolutely outstanding stay! We recently had the most wonderful experience staying at Sanja’s apartment in Dubrovnik. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is perfect - just a short and easy walk to the Old Town, yet in a peaceful area that felt like a retreat from the bustle. We also found it really convenient for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. One of the absolute highlights was the pool; it was such a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing, with stunning surroundings and a calm, private atmosphere. Sanja was a truly exceptional host. She was incredibly helpful and responded to all our questions with lightning speed and genuine care. Her local tips and warm hospitality made us feel so welcome and looked after. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Thank you, Sanja

Fantastisch verblijf op een unieke plek aan de Montenegrijnse kust! Wij verbleven hier begin juni met ons gezin (2 volwassenen, een kleuter en een baby) en het was werkelijk een droomplek om onze vakantie te starten. Het huis ligt op een rustige heuvel met uitzicht over de natuur en ligt strategisch tussen Tivat, Kotor en de mooie stranden van Luštica. Het huis zelf is sfeervol, goed uitgerust en erg schoon. Alles was aanwezig voor een comfortabel verblijf – van keukenapparatuur tot handdoeken. Onze host had alles duidelijk gecommuniceerd en Rosa stond bij aankomst klaar om ons welkom te heten. Heel prettig na een lange reis! Wat voor ons echt het verschil maakte: • De rust en ruimte rondom het huis • Mooie stranden (zoals Plavi Horizonti en Zanjice) op korte rijafstand • Goede uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar Kotor, Tivat en Herceg Novi Zeker een aanrader voor gezinnen die Montenegro willen ontdekken in een authentieke en ontspannen omgeving. Upravo smo se vratili s odmora u ovoj predivnoj vili i jednostavno moramo podijeliti svoje oduševljenje! Tražili smo smještaj koji nudi potpunu privatnost i opuštanje, a ova vila je nadmašila sva naša očekivanja. Smještena usred netaknute prirode, vila pruža nevjerojatan osjećaj mira i spokoja. Započinjanje dana uz cvrkut ptica i svjež zrak, daleko od gradske vreve, bio je pravi melem za dušu. Bazen je bio apsolutni hit! Prostran, čist i s dovoljno ležaljki za sve – idealan za jutarnje osvježenje ili popodnevno uživanje pod suncem. Posebno nam se svidjelo što je bazen potpuno privatan, što nam je omogućilo da se opustimo bez ikakvih smetnji. Vrt je priča za sebe. Prekrasno uređen, s obiljem zelenila i šarenog cvijeća, i mnoštvom povrća pravo je umjetničko djelo. Svaki kutak vrta odiše pažnjom i ljubavlju, pružajući savršen ambijent za večernja druženja ili jednostavno uživanje u tišini. Dijete je obožavalo istraživati svaki kutak! Ova vila nije samo smještaj, već jedinstveno iskustvo.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Villa Matej. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location and views were beautiful. Walk down to nearest shop (Studenac Market) in 20 mins, or get an Uber to Dubrovnik Old Town in 10-15 mins. We enjoyed swimming at the pristine beach over the road and relaxing poolside at the villa. We also did a private day trip to Bosnia (Kravice Waterfalls & Mostar Old Town) which was so worth it. We stopped at Ston on the way which was picturesque and full of historic charm. Matej was helpful in recommending local boat trips and restaurants but we sadly ran out of time for a boat trip. We will just have to come back!

Wish we had more time here! The place was so cute, lovely outdoor seating area, and very personal touches which made you feel right at home! Beds were comfy and shower was great, has lots of nice touches :)

This place is absolutely amazing. We loved every second of staying here. Very secluded, if you decided you didn’t want to see ANYONE for a few days this is the place to go. The walk to the private beach is not easy (so be cautious) but definitely worth it. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for cooking! The outside grill was awesome, we probably used it every night for dinner. SO BEAUTIFUL.. even better than the pictures!! 100% recommend to anyone who wants to experience Croatia in its raw form.

Lovely, private, two bedroom apartment in a great location. We always prefer to stay in Gruž, rather than the Old Town - it's better value and far less hectic. Some great bars and restaurants (Dubrovnik Beer Company/Bistro49/Zrinski/Prova all recommended) within easy walking distance. Walking into the Old Town only takes 35-45 minutes with some fantastic views along the way. The apartment is spacious with a large terrace, clean and has a washing machine - very useful. Ivo was very quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is exactly as described, it was very clean and we had everything we needed and more! The garden is beautiful and peaceful, especially enjoyable after a day of visiting the crowded old town, and our daughters loved observing the turtles. Marija was extremely welcoming and helpful, easily reachable and warm. She left some local goodies for us which was a nice surprise. We forgot a charger when we checked out and Marija offered to send it to us to an address in Croatia which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely come back if we ever visit Dubrovnik again!

Uns hat das Apartment sehr gut gefallen! Der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang waren wunderschön! Das Apartment hatte alles, was man brauchte. Die Küche war super ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Das Sofa nebenan leider etwas hart. Die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Dusche jedoch für 2m große Menschen etwas klein. Der Balkon war schön groß, mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und es gab die Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich gut abdunkeln. Hier könnte man nur mal knapp neue Bettdecken investieren. In wenigen Minuten ist man fußläufig am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch nicht weit. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Apartment auch wieder buchen.

Honestly an amazing place and host. Very responsive. Felt easy and comfortable. Provided with everything and more, everything clean and fresh. Amazing space with breathtaking views. Huge market just 5 min walk down and beautiful beach less than 10 min with cafes along the beach at reasonable prices.

My husband and I had a fabulous time at Ivanas. The apartment is just perfect with a beautiful and unrivalled view. Ivana is both responsive and helpful, and very friendly. There is a supermarket a walk away and several More in town. Also lovely restaurants and a wonderful bakers. The walk back from town can be a challenge but also perfectly manageable, bit of it’s too hot there are loads of taxis or even a bus. Cavtat is a wonderful town and Dubrovnik can be reached easily by water taxi. We did it for €20 return, was a lovely day out but we were very happy to get back to Cavtat. The apartment had everything you can ask for, elevated which means theres not only a lovely view but a breeze. For a small price there’s also a pool area that can be used, with showers, kitchen area, fridge etc. Ivana is a wonderful host who I woudo recommend and can’t wait to return. 10/10 for a magical stay

This apartment was truly something special, the view was absolutely breathtaking, honestly the best I’ve seen in my life so far! It felt like we were completely immersed in nature, as if the indoors and outdoors blended together. So peaceful and calming with the gentle sound of the waves. There were many beautiful swimming spots just a short walk away, and we found a ton of amazing restaurants nearby too. The hosts were so kind and accommodating, they let us check in early and check out late, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

We had the best time at Vlastas place in Korcula! The location is perfect, about 8mins into the old town and as it’s up on a hill the views are incredible. Best view I have ever had at an Airbnb. Vlasta was super helpful with recommendations and made us feel right at home. There are two balconies, out two different sides of the apartment, meaning there is always an outdoor spot with sun! Would 100% recommend.

Marina is the perfect host ! She was really flexible, understanding, caring and really available for us. Thank you again, I completely recommend this flat. The location is really nice too, 25min walk from the old town in a quiet and accessible area.

I would 20000000% come back here to stay. We really regretted not having booked for a longer stay because this genuinely is a nice home; Maria and Tomislav the hosts are amazing; the staff are helpful, there are plenty to do within walking distance (which sadly due to jetlag we wasted the opportunity to walk to nearby beaches). Did I mention the pool? Pool - amazing, heated, modern, nice furniture, beautiful limestone and natural rockcliffe over a private outdoor bar. The beds are so comfortable and the furniture are nicely kitted out. Sorry did I mention the view? I need to mention it 3 times. The view - the view - the view! Breakfast is amazing, have it in the restaurant downstairs or in your villa. There's literally zero fault to pick with this place, its beautiful, its clean, its convenient, its well run, its got friendly hosts, perfect location... can't wait to come back!

Luka et Marina sont d'excellents hôtes, attentionnés et prévenants. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dans une belle maison bien équipée. Marina et Luka nous ont conseillé afin que nous puissions pleinement profiter de la culture et des paysages. Un grand merci à eux. Mes amis et moi les recommandons sans hésiter !

Dreamtime Villa was one of the best AirBnB villa's we stayed in. The villa is spacious, as indicated on the site. Anz who is Marko's son he is present at the villa 24x7, which is a great help. He takes care of all the needs and that was an added advantage. He was reachable whenever required and has super knowledge about the area. The Villa is around 30 min drive from Lustica Bay where there are lots of nice restaurants and grocery. Villa has sizable swimming pool, pool table and lot of facilities to keep you and kids busy at the villa.

All of the positive comments in previous reviews are spot on. This is great place to stay, spotlessly clean and all exactly as described in the listing. Mihaela was very responsive to messages throughout and incredibly helpful with local recommendations. All of our group agree that this was a great find, probably the best Airbnb we have stayed in and would love to come again and explore more of the area.

Nikolina went above and beyond to help us make our trip wonderful. She booked a boat day which was spectacular and flawless. She also recommended and booked a tour guide who was so knowledgeable, aware of our needs etc. her restaurant recs were spot on. We loved the spaciousness of the house. The pool was a welcome treat after our very full days. We had two young g child with us so the pool and orchards were fun for them. Each bedroom is spacious with very nice bathrooms. I can’t emphasize enough what a great host Nikolina is, she will help you make a perfect trip. Also, during our stay she helped with additional blankets and resources.

Odusevljeni smo smestajem! U potpunosti opremljen smestaj do najsitnijeg detalja cak i tableta za sudo masinu. Sacekao nas je poklon kuce (pice, voce,…). Domacin je ponudio da nas saceka na dogovorenom mestu da nam olaksa pronalazaenje kuce. Imali smo mogucnost ranog check ina. Sve je bilo cisto i domacin nas je upucivao i davao savete o lokalnim atrakcijama. Dolazimo ponovo!

Ein Traum einer Villa. Unglaublich schöne Lage mit einem einziartigen Blick aufs Meer. Wir werden definitiv zurückkehren.

We had an absolutely wonderful 3 generational family holiday. The views and space are stunning/ a really beautiful willa, and so well equipped with everything we needed. We had bbqs several times and drove to the wonderful local village of Zaton for delicious meals right on the water. We loved every minute! Lovely pebble beaches close by! And a great bar platen close by gor pre dinner cocktails :) Matea our host was adorable and very helpful! Thsnks sll :)

This beautiful, spacious villa offers breathtaking views thanks to its hillside location—overlooking both the bay and the charming town of Cavtat, with stunning mountain vistas as well. We particularly enjoyed the abundance of birdlife, including eagles .The house was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for six adults. A thoughtful touch was having our sheets and towels replaced during our stay. The swimming pool and veranda were perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space to sunbathe as well as shaded areas for when the sun got too strong.Inside, there’s a very large sitting room on the first floor, though we mostly found ourselves gathered around the kitchen table or enjoying the outdoor spaces. Mihovil was outstanding—always friendly and helpful. He was there every morning to clean the pool and made sure everything ran smoothly.Both Mihovil and Marko were excellent communicators before and during our stay, making everything seamless.Highly recommended
