This place was great. Awesome hospitality. The space was more than enough room for 3 people with all the amenities that we needed and then some, the area was very secure. The beach is a short distance away and was beautiful. Cannot say enough how great the place was. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay.

El lugar es muy bonito, con excelentes vistas. El único contra es que una de las barandas está floja y puede ser inseguro. 10/10 recomendable

Los Jardines, piscina y jacuzzi preciosos! La pasamos muy bien, con una vista espectacular y el clima agradable. Espacios amplios y el lugar está muy cerca de la ciudad.

Dank der guten Beschreibung von Maurizio war die Hacienda einfach zu finden und die Anfahrt war auch mit einem normalen Auto sehr gut machbar. Das Anwesen ist traumhaft schön, weitläufig, sehr schön bewachsen und mit unglaublich viel Liebe gestaltet. Eine überaus gelungene Mischung aus Originalgegenständen der Hacienda mit marokkanische Kunst. Der Aufenthalt hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Die Hacienda ist einzigartig. Wir haben von dem Essensangebot Gebrauch gemacht, die Mahlzeiten waren großartig und Doña Alma und ihr Team tuen alles, dass man sich rundum wohl fühlt. Besonders gefallen haben uns die vielen unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten, der tolle Ausblick, Jacuzzi, Hängematten…. und alles ist überaus gepflegt. Ein echtes Juwel mit viel Liebe und Herz geführt, Doña Alma hat unseren Aufenthalt einzigartig gemacht. VIELEN DANK!

We had an amazing experience at Joe's place in Xanadu. Although we came across a couple of glitches, Joe quickly responded to my messages and had assistance readily available. He's also a very caring host. One suggestion I would make is probably access to better internet or WiFi. During my stay, we had a couple of minor health issues going on and it took some effort to get a good signal to communicate with Joe, Uber drivers and other family members to ask for assistance. I found a few spots around the house with relatively good reception, however, in instances when it's hard to move around or want to stay away from the heat, a better signal would have taken that additional stress off. Other than that, Joe's place is wonderful and he is an amazing host. Highly recommend him and his place. Thank you for being such an amazing host.

Me siento muy agradecida con Oscar por la estadía en su casa porque fue una experiencia muy agradable y muy satisfactoria. Oscar como anfitrión es excelente. Respondía rápido, siempre estaba atento y su trato es muy especial. La casa es preciosa, se encuentra en un lugar tranquilo y estaba totalmente aseada y ordenada. everything would’ve been perfect except for the one thing the made me leave early: no wifi signal in the main room where i slept and where I needed it to work and watch my steaming apps. i tried to set up myself the wifi extender but it did not work at all. tried several times. as someone who needs a relatively fast but absolutely stable internet connection to work, this was a deal breaker. I ended up leaving a day earlier, paying for an extra day for nothing. they told me i could work near the entrance to the apartment where the wifi was available but how practical is this?

Amazing Stay in a Perfect Location! We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! The house itself was beautiful, the beach was stunning, and the location was just perfect—close enough to all necessary services but far enough from the tourist crowds to enjoy peace and quiet. The security was excellent, and we felt completely safe throughout our stay. A special mention to Francisco, the house guardian, who was truly a gem! He went above and beyond to help us with both small and big issues, always with kindness and efficiency. His presence made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Amamos esta cabaña con mi familia! Es el lugar ideal para salir de la ciudad estando siempre cerca! La cabaña simplemente es perfecta! Mis dos perritos anduvieron felices, y nosotros tranquilos porque es totalmente cerrado! Estoy segura que regresamos pronto! Gracias por todo Laura!

Un lugar increíble! Tal cual las fotos y me parece excelente para su estadía sean cual sea las edades, la piscina, al área de recreación, se puede jugar entre amigos también. Cuentan con una parrilla que es para asado al estilo argentino (abierto). Las habitaciones muy cómodas y la playa excelente si solo quieres sentarte y relajarte ya que hay privacidad total. Vale la pena en mi opinión.

The view was majestic as described by everyone. Access to the beaches was easy, you just had to wait for the tide to go down and you could then walk to the beach. You have to be mindful of the timing and make sure to bring water shoes to walk on the rocks, etc. As mentioned by previous reviews the place could use a little TLC. Also we were disappointed that there were no hammocks it was something some of our guests were looking forward to. Also the drinking water ran out and the staff said the water wouldn't be delivered until the following day. However all of those things are minor & the beautiful view made up for it. Also be mindful that although they have staff that will do all the cooking YOU need to provide the groceries! I brought my own cook because I like things a certain way so we mostly utilized the cooking staff for breakfast & food prep. Pro Tip: Find a mercado on the way there to do the grocery shopping avoid "El Super" as it is overpriced and fruits and veggies not fresh.

Mi familia y yo nos quedamos por 3 dias. El lugar esta muy bien y seguro. Definitivamente lo recomendamos. Gracias Rodolfo por todo. Estuvimos muy agusto en su casa.

It was a great place to stay , the views morning and night were great . We walked to the shops and restaurants. One of the best neighborhoods, saw lots of people jogging at 5:00 am - I recommend this lovely Condo which also provides 24 hour security.

Location was great to get to beaches, surrounding restaurants are good, kitchen at the house was stocked with all kitchen supply we needed, door men were pleasant and made sure the area was safe, Lindsey was easy to get a hold of, and overall my family and I had a great time. A good place to disconnect and relax for sure. Make sure to bring books, playing cards, or other things for the down time at the house. There was some DVD movies, but we didn’t watch any of the TV’s. Great time laying in the hammock by the pool and reading was super relaxing to me.

The Casita at Villa Del Olas is one of the finest Airbnb experiences we have experienced. The stay was 5 diamond, and exceeded our hopes and expectations. Their place should be a case study for a truly delightful Airbnb experience!

The space was plenty large for our group. We had a few relatives stay with us the first night but were a group of 8 for a majority of the time so we had ample space. The onsite staff was incredibly helpful and we enjoyed the privacy of the space to spend time as a family. The location is not super walkable and as others have mentioned is on a busy street, but it felt very safe. The photos near the pool are very explicit that they were taken in 2020, so take that into account when considering the condition of the poolside furniture. Overall, the space is somewhat dated and could use a minor facelift but is as described in the listing. We appreciated the kitchen, the extra fridge space, and the television. Be aware that there is no proper "living room" - there is a lovely outdoor space but it can get quite hot and humid outside if you have older folks in the group. We appreciated the host's hospitality, responsiveness and local suggestions.

Lots of natural light, big windows. Gorgeous pool that was cleaned every day Close to El Tunco Supermarket, coffee, food across the street Beachfront Host always around & extremely helpful Yard maintained very well Gated & fenced. Always felt safe.

great spot, 15 min beach walk to el Tunco, it's a nice place with plenty of space, uber was able to pick us up and drop off multiple times, beautiful sunsets at beach club and restaurant around the corner.
