Residencial Toscamar is an exclusive, charming place with all the amenities (free parking, swimming pools, sports areas, and an information desk at the front desk). The bungalow is 67 square meters and has 2 bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. There are 2 air conditioners and double-glazed windows. It has a garden with a table, chairs, and an umbrella. It's very close to coves and the beach.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you.
