A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Alvaros apartment was exactly as described and even better than the pictures. The apartment was pristine with great amenities. The location was right within the heart of old town with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from the beach. The hosts were so attentive and gave some great local recommendations. Would recommend this place to anyone, and will definitely be back. Thankyou Alvaro and family we had a really special time.

Estancia fantástica! Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en familia. Ideal para ir con niños por la comodidad de estar literal a pie de playa. Una casa muy bonita, práctica y con unas vistas maravillosas. Todo facilidades y sencillo con Manuela, muy amable. Intentaremos volver seguro!

Describir este alojamiento en una palabra sería espectacular, la mejor vista que hemos tenido de todos los sitios que hemos estado, el piso es más bonito de lo que se ve en fotos y las vistas es el plus, además Alex es un excelente anfitrión, atento y siempre con disposición, me encantaría volver a este apartamento, nuevamente muchas gracias AleX por la experiencia y confiarnos tu piso.

Stayed at this beautiful villa for a week with my family and could not have had a better time. Mark was the perfect host from the moment we arrived- even making my mum a cup of tea upon arrival! The surroundings are exceptional and the villa itself is the nicest villa we have ever stayed in. Javea Holiday Rentals say they go above and beyond and this could not be more true! Todo muy bien. Las camas comodisimas, el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien, el baño muy grande y la ducha fantástica. En la cocina había de todo, azucar, té aceite, papel de cocina, etc. Nosotros no cocinamos pero se veía muy bien en cuanto a cubertería y ollas. Las sábanas y las toallas impecables.

Great place to stay for us. Loved the apartment and we were very comfortable. Everything good quality and working perfectly. Enjoyed the balcony and the pool - so lovely and quiet at the time we visited. Super location close to the beach via short walk along marina/canal. We didn't have a car, but if we had, parking would have been easy. Javea is a lovely town, and we enjoyed visiting the port as well as the beach. VincenteyPatri were very helpful and responsive, communication before and during our stay was always prompt, with offers to help and the information booklet in the apartment was super - full instructions for everything, plus lots of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Great stay at Villa Louisa. We had travel issues and arrived around 1am the following day instead of 10am the day we were meant to arrive. No issues checking in so late and very well communicated on how to get in the villa. Very accommodating with requests for our arrival, with heating the pool prior to arrival, Cot/high chair, towels etc. We had a great stay, very clean and everyone thought it was a top villa! Will certainly be back and using the team for future bookings.

El alojamiento está en un entorno inigualable, hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia, soy de Alicante pero nunca deja de sorprenderme. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Gracias Paloma por todo, tu alojamiento es recomendable 100%.

This is a beautiful apartment and you can’t fault the location. Equally close to the port and the beach and with access to the sea right on the doorstep. The nautical theme of the apartment was a nice feature and Kiek was a fabulous host. Very highly recommend!

Wij hebben 14 dagen gelogeerd in het appartement van Elke en was echt fantastisch en heel ruim.Alles was brandschoon en een goed ingerichte keuken en veel privacy op het terras.Elke had ook fietsen geregeld voor ons wat daar ook heerlijk is om naar de andere boulevard Arenal te fietsen om s.avonds daar te eten waar heel veel goede restaurants zijn. Zwembad was ook heel fijn en schoon. Waar weinig mensen gebruik van maakte dus ook genoeg privacy. Auto gratis parkeren in de straat waar altijd plek is . Al met al een hele fijne veilige plek om vakantie te vieren. Wij gaan zeker een x w terug.

El apartamento está muy cuidado y tiene todas las facilidades y detalles para tener una estancia muy agradable. Isabel se mostró muy comunicativa y amable en las interacciones , facilitando en todo momento. Zona tranquila y urbanización estupenda!

We had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to our gracious host, Rosa, who was so accommodating. The property's location is ideal for anyone looking to explore the area, with a fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, and bars within easy walking distance. The convenience of ample parking was a real plus. It's also a perfect base for outdoor lovers, with many great walking trails nearby. Being able to return from a hike and relax by the swimming pool was a true luxury, and the air conditioning was a welcome comfort. We couldn't have asked for a better place!
