Beachfront holiday rental in El tezal

Laura is as very hospitable! She made the stay in Cabo very easy and would recommend staying there. Her place is very homey with a cute little music vibe going on. Additionally, it’s a walking distance from the Mariana so it’s extra convenient. Our trip to Cabo was very short and we hope to return to Laura’s place.

We loved the place, we were super comfortable, they were always on the lookout for messages and made us great recommendations. We had a great time, I would definitely come back.

Joann is by far the best Airbnb host we have ever had!! Cass and Joann are so friendly and welcoming. We immensely enjoyed our stay at casa Juanita. We used the chef services provided by Elizabeth, Saul and Isela. They are so kind, accommodating, and the food was exceptional! Great experience for every meal we had. The hospitality that we received from everyone was what made our experience so memorable!! Can’t wait to go back to Casa Juanita!! Thank you for such a great week!

Great location, the pools are so close, and we loved the few minute walk to the beach; beach was not swimmable at the time (red flag, and rocks), yet not sure if this is normal? The kitchen fit our needs for all cooking, and the space was perfect for 2 people. Communication was excellent and very fast! Loved the beach towels and umbrella/chairs. A few walkable restaurants ($$$), and can walk to the supermarket (across a highway) or a cheap Uber ride. A few small uncontrollable things: construction at the pool and right next door so not quiet during the day, but that was just during our time, and it may be completed soon? If you’re a light/sensitive sleeper, maybe earplugs due to hearing neighbors. Also, some transportation is not allowed for pick up or drop off in the area, which caused some issues, but if you have your own car, you’ll be fine! Overall, beautiful.

We had an awesome stay at Brenda’s Airbnb!Excellent location behind a security gate (with guards) in Pedregal. Felt super safe with my 1 year old. Easy to walk to the marina, tons of restaurants and shops. The private pool and view were amazing! Their place is beautifully decorated as well. Highly recommend!

Beautiful unit with many amenities available at the resort, and the staff was friendly. Check-in was very smooth and easy and the host was very proactive about sending information before our stay and responsive to questions. The room was very clean. As for the food at the resort, I felt it was ok and overpriced. Just keep in mind you will have to pay a daily resort fee at check out that was not disclosed before booking. I asked Miguel and he did say they will collect a daily resort when you check out. I would also recommend using Uber much cheaper than a taxi, the staff will tell you to use a taxi but using Uber is safe and affordable. The beautiful swim beach steps away from the resort was a plus.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Victor and Adriana's accommodation, the communication was very good. The apartment is impeccable, clean and smelled very good. It has everything you need to enjoy a pleasant rest and is a very short walk from the beach. It also has 2 beach chairs, beach towels, and a parasol. Excellent option near Medano beach.

Just returned from an amazing stay at Dean’s place. It was beautifully furnished, beds were so comfy, very spacious with no clutter. The kitchen had everything that we needed from a Keurig machine (stocked w/coffee pods), pots, pans, silverware, basically everything that you’d have at home. There’s also a closet filled with beach toys, cooler and floating pool bed. The balcony is dreamy! The view is breathtaking and there’s a ton of space to lounge out there after a day of fun in the sun. As for the resort - wow! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! So clean and beautifully decorated. The staff onsite were all so kind, welcoming and respectful. Note that there is a market onsite which is very helpful to have, but be aware that it is VERY expensive. My recommendation is to take a $5 uber to the Super Chedraui located 5 mins away via car and stock up on all of your essentials. My family felt super safe in the neighborhood. We celebrated my birthday with 2 other couples here for about a week. It was the perfect place to spread out and lounge. The huge rooftop is a spectacular place to enjoy a glass of wine with friends. The furniture was comfortable and the decor was nicely done. The supermarket next to the development was so wonderful. We shopped there at least 4 times! This house is located around so many cool places to eat, and drink. We loved The pink restaurant called La Taquiza, it was so delicious. We liked having a chef cook for us on our last night there. However, we recommend doing it earlier during your stay because there were so many leftovers we couldn’t get through. We had it for breakfast but we could have kept eating it for days. The place was secure and convenient. Uber drivers were available within a minute we recommend this house to everyone.

The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated! It was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the tasteful decor made it feel extra special. The beds were incredibly comfortable, so we all slept wonderfully each night. We especially loved starting our mornings with coffee while enjoying the stunning ocean view—the unit is set back just enough from the pool to feel peaceful and private. The property manager was kind, patient, and very helpful in answering all our questions. We would definitely consider staying here again, although next time we might choose a location a bit closer to town.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The view is 12/10, the location was easy and well known by anyone you would have driving you. The pool was clean and we were there by ourselves most days just relaxing. The owners provide ample information about the property and the Cabo area to help, and are very quick to respond with any questions. We did have a few issues which definitely weren't the end of the world and really the only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 stars. 1.) The water pressure in the showers was less than ideal. This could be a normal issue off resort in Mexico, I'm not sure, but as female when you're having to shower every day it was a nuisance. 2.) They ask you not to move any furniture (which I do understand bc it's their home as well and it's nice furniture) but when trying to house 4+ people it's a bit unrealistic with the setup. With that being said, these were pretty minimal frustrations and we would HAPPILY stay here again!!

Great place to stay, check in with smooth and had security so felt super safe. Great area definitely would stay again.

Wow! Just wow. Karly's place was absolutely beautiful. The perfect place for a romantic getaway for my partner and I. It looked exactly like the pictures (possibly even better) and felt very private. We woke up to ocean views every day and felt like we were in paradise. We especially appreciated Karly's recommendations and the espresso. The airbnb is stocked with everything you'll need; complex is clean, safe and quiet; and 24 hour security was friendly and wonderful to have. Romero was excellent. We had an amazing experience here and will definitely be back to stay at Karly's place!

One of the best places I've stayed in. Rosy and Melanie are very friendly and attentive, they were always in touch with me for whatever I needed. In addition, the accommodation is very nice and clean. Definitely recommended!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect, right in the middle of the marina with super secure access. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay! Didn’t use the hot tub but the view was beautiful! Super comfortable bed & couches! Loved that there was 2 full bathrooms as well. Highly recommend. Loved my morning walks around the marina to medano beach (10 mins away along the marina). Also loved the convenience of having 2 supermarkets within a few mins walk, one right below (with direct lift access to the mall) and a new Walmart across the road. Super secure parking as well. Staff and security are all very friendly and helpful! This location has become the only place we stay when visiting Cabo!

We loved our stay in the Cabo Bello neighbourhood!! Casa Coral was a beautiful place to kick up our feet and relax!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The view is gorgeous and even better than pictures! The Property Manager was prompt to respond, and helpful! The roof top pool was perfect for our crew!

A lot of people pay a lot to stay in Cabo. This was a little affordable Oasis. Stay here for a budget getaway! I appreciated having the kitchen so I could eat leftovers. Reminded me of the 90s show, Melrose Place. Location couldn’t be better. Right around the corner from organic grocery, restaurants and shops. I stayed in Unit 5, not 3, which was great.

We had an awesome time at Kristi's condo! We found that the placement was comfortable and peaceful further away from the busy beach, marina, and downtown scene. We enjoyed walking and felt safe coming and going from the gated complex. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and beautiful. The beach umbrella was much appreciated! The pool was also nice and we liked the first floor location to walk out to the pool. Relaxing and we enjoyed our stay!
