Gorgeous modern apartment with a very well equipped kitchen

We had a fantastic stay at Marks gorgeous apartment. The building itself feels like a private haven off the main roads, it’s within walking distance of shops and the Marina and only a 10 minute drive from Venice beach. The private designated parking space was great and although we didn’t use it, the pool and shared spaces looked lovely. The apartment is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed, the bed was super comfy, we felt right at home! We would not hesitate to rebook and visit again. Thanks so much Mark!

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

Enjoyed our short stay here was the perfect location and close to the beach. My family of 4 had more than enough room and we enjoyed the home. Would definitely stay here again if available when we come back to area. Great host! Thanks again for everything

Stayed here for one night with my two toddlers. Kids loved the bunk bed. The place was very clean - beds were comfortable. Beautiful views of the ocean from a large outdoor space where the kids enjoyed playing while at home. Convenient breakfast shop right downstairs for quick bites and coffee. Parking included which was a plus! Can walk right down to the beach and the strand only few blocks away. Apt was on a main road but could not here anything from inside. Plenty of space in the apt. Would highly recommend! I will definitely try to stay here again if in need of a place to stay in Manhattan Beach!

We stayed at Gabby’s place for a bit after fleeing from the LA fires and really enjoyed our time. Gabby was warm, accommodating and communicative. We loved the location and being a block from the beach! Also can’t beat the ocean views.

I had a wonderful stay at Tom’s place! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Just a short walk and you’re right by the sea. The neighborhood is also fantastic, very safe and quiet, with great local cafes and shops nearby. Tom was a friendly and responsive host who made everything easy. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area. Thanks again, Tom!

This was an excellent place to stay. Even more spacious in person. It was spotlessly clean and everything felt brand new. I will definitely be looking to book here again whenever I am back in the area. 10/10

This stay was great! Two very comfortable, clean bedrooms and a nice living space downstairs. We were staying for a family event nearby and didn’t have a car, so it was really nice to having Whole Foods and a good coffee shop just a few mins walk away. Very easy check in & out.

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Drew's place. The apartment is clean, bright and spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. It was really easy to park outside and great to be within walking distance of Abbot Kinney.

My daughter and I visited for Memorial Day weekend and had an amazing experience. Zev & Michelle thought of everything and made our stay very comfortable and easy. I highly recommend staying and we will return in the future.

Wow! Everything and more for a solo person traveling, I had a great deal of privacy and quiet. This place feels like a gem and I really hope it continues to be a well kept secret perhaps? I want to continue to rent the space!! The access to the beach was perfect, near enough to restaurants and the main streets to get a healthy meal or something naughty. The people in the area were very kind, laid back and helpful. Special out to the neighbors who were gracious with their time! Little things that are big things, the bed was fabulous, the shower pressure and heat were divine (I like a very hot shower!), the access to laundry without it being in the space makes for less noise which I really appreciated and the bottle of wine was a nice touch! I will be back!

amazing stay! had all the amenities i needed and more. Kimberly was so sweet and immediately responsive to my messages. I was pleasantly surprised by all that she had to offer, i had wished i booked one more night to enjoy it all fully! beautiful private neighborhood & close to Long Beach. Will be back again soon!!

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

One of the best places I’ve stayed at through AirBnB! Spotless apartment with good coffee, shared sauna, hot tub, gym and swimming pool, nice running distance away from Venice beach. Would recommend for anyone!

We loved this place! It was easy to get to and a lot of things were near by in walking distance. The host sent very clear instructions and a lot of recommendations of places to go to. I hardly had to reach out to the host, but when I did there was fast response! We would 1000% stay here again!

Very clear and easy instructions to get in…check in and out was easy. Close to LAX about 15 min drive away. Love that it has parking, pool, jacuzzi, super good gym too. Did an early morning walk to Venice beach and canals and felt safe. Location is great, quiet neighborhood, easy access to other areas of LA. Would stay again

Loved my stay here, I highly recommend. Definitely worth the price, based off of location and amenities. Very clean and spacious apartment. Also Bens/Chris were excellent communicators. I spent some quiet time alone here and rested before getting back to work. If you need a staycation or are looking for a comfortable place close to public transportation, this is a great place to do just that.
