Monthly Rentals in El Salvador

Very nice place, Marta's family was very gentle and kind. The common area was spacious, we could cook there, it had a good aquipment. Also the room was fine, only the moskitos were a little bit annoying. Location was perfect, center is easy to reach by bus. Marta is a super host! Communication was always kind and helpful.

Great space in San Salvador. The area felt extremely safe and it was close to a lot of restaurants. Wilman let me use the washer and dryer which was amazing. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Elizabeth is hosting from her heart. She is an excellent host - very friendly, very very nice. Her airbnb is perfectly located - very close to the city centre; only 5 mins walk from her place. Plus the place has AMAZING views of the Suchitlan lake. I would wake up every morning and take in the view with a cup of coffee. I stayed there for 3 nights. She has 3 lovely dogs. Very friendly. The room is large, and has an ensuite washroom. The room is equipped with all the basic necessities and is good for multiple nights stay. She goes out of her way to make you feel at home. She also woke up early everyday to make me coffee and breakfast. If you are looking for an authentic, local , rustic experience - look no further. Knowing the beautiful story behind this home makes it that much better. I love that they were able to beautifully transform their family home into 3 units. The unit we stood in was thoughtfully designed and had a lot of functionality for the space. Unit A has stairs that lead to the loft type bedroom upstairs and patio area. The host was very responsive and answered all of our questions quickly. The neighborhood is walkable and there are a lot of food options near by. We felt like the unit, at the end of a cul de sac, was safe and secure. Thank you again for letting us stay in your beautiful home!
