The house is sorrounded by a 2500 mts. park with pine trees, lavenders, roses. pergola with grill, a zip line for kids. It can host 11 people . There´s wi fi, smart Tv, jacuzzi in the master bedroom. The place is quiet, events are not allowed in the area. It is just in front of ¨Mosqueta sabores de Montaña ¨.

Super comfortable and modern house, totally sustainable, away from everything, on top of a hill on the North Coast of the Potrerillos dam with incredible views of the lake and the Cordón del Plata. Very quiet and absolutely private area. (The house is located 10 km from downtown Potrerillos, 7.5 km of which are gravel) It has a back apartment for the exclusive use of the house caretaker, who is in charge of its maintenance and cleaning.
