This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

As a semi-detached villa on a 500m2 plot, it provides privacy and amenities similar to those of the home. In addition, the location in Isla Canela offers golf options, delicious local food, and stunning beaches, ensuring an unforgettable vacation for my guests.
