Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement qui est encore plus jolie que sur les photos. Spacieux, bien équipés et surtout tres propre, vous allez passés un excellent séjour sans problème. Supérette, restaurant, parc de jeux pour enfant, piscine l'été et surtout une place de parking. le logement est à proximité du centre ville en voiture et pour ceux qui ne sont pas véhiculé, il a des bus qui passe juste en dessous du logement. Merci également à la personne qui nous a accueilli et qui a été très arrangeante pour l'heure d'arriver.

The location is good and reasonable walking distances from most sites. Rafa was a clear and prompt communicator. He addressed all of our questions and concerns, quickly and respectfully. I will stay at this location on my future visits of Seville.

We had great communication with our hosts throughout, and we received very helpful advice. The apartment was very spacious, well-maintained and really clean and tidy. My wife and I were really comfortable here. The kitchen and its appliances were practical and convenient, and it was great to have a tumble-drier in addition to a washing machine. The bedrooms, being at the back of the apartment, were beautifully quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms had great showers - and the luxury of heated towel-rails. However, for us, the stand-out feature of this AirBnb was the lovely view from the lounge over a tree-filled square. We loved watching the sun appear over the Cadiz museum opposite as we had breakfast. A great apartment in a central location with excellent hosts. We couldn’t have asked for more.

I loved coming back to this accommodation. I had a great time last year and this year did not disappoint. I feel like this apartment is my Jerez home away from home. The best part of it is how friendly and responsive they are at Benbo. Any issues that came were addressed immediately. They were always happy to give suggestions and recommendations when you asked for local knowledge. I would definitely come back again and again. Thank you so much and I look forward to coming back.

Reservamos,a última hora,y fue súper rápido,servicial y amable,dándonos flexibilidad,con la hora de salida. El apartamento,genial, muy cerca de la zona de copas y de todo lo que,hay que ver,en Sanlúcar. Totalmente aconsejable,fuimos en familia y mis hijos y mi mujer encantados. Si volvemos,a esta zona,volveremos al apartamento. Reseñable,garaje a 15 m del apartamento. Todas las comodidades,de una casa. Tranquilo,silencioso, increíble en pocas palabras. Un angolo di paradiso ad una trentina di minuti di auto da Siviglia. Silenzio assoluto, si sente solo il suono delle foglie al vento intervallato dal canto degli uccelli. Splendida piscina a jacuzzi per rilassarsi in mezzo al verde. Colazioni e cene indimenticabili con vista sulla vallata. Bellissima la cucina con isola, fornita di tutto il necessario. Iper gentile la host, risponde sempre positivamente in pochi secondi (non è un'iperbole)

En nuestra estancia de 10 días hemos disfrutado de la tranquilidad y la comodidad del alojamiento y sus vistas al campo de golf. Nos hemos alojado 4 adultos y un niño de casi 2 años. La casa es tal cual se describe y se ve en las fotos. Nuria y Laura han sido muy atentas y nos han ayudado y asesorado en todo.

La casa es muy grande y cómoda para 2 familias con niños. Tuvimos problemas con la nevera y el agua caliente pero Antonio muy pendiente de nosotros. La verdad es que estuvimos muy agusto y cómodos, la terraza de arriba es un gustazo.

Stayed with two families and it was perfect. This home is huge! The amenities were fantastic and it was super quiet. We went to Seville every day. Driving is easy, but the metro worked great. Drive to the Metromar for free parking (closes 11p or midnight, depending on the day) and then take the metro.

The apartment was spacious (much bigger than we expected), well located and very quiet and peaceful - even during Santa Semana it was really quiet at night. The hosts are fantastic, sending excellent restaurant recommendations and making reservations and transfer bookings - and the rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax!

El alojamiento es tal cual lo describe la anfitriona han sido unos días increíbles y he estado como en casa, además permite mascotas así que he podido disfrutar de mi perrita , ya que tiene zonas verdes a las cuales he accedido con ella y parques muy cercas. El pisito es acogedor tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia . Sin duda recomendable. Además pudimos disponer del jacuzzi de la zona privada y genial. Mariló encantadora y pendiente siempre a cualquier duda que me surgía.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, clair, confortable, avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'environnement, le calme, la mise à disposition de vélos, ainsi que la gentillesse et la disponibilité d'Antonio et de son amie qui nous a accueillis le jour de notre arrivée.

What stands out immediately is the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of Enrique, Maria and their two (grownup) children. The apartment is light, with a large outside terrace…. a big plus in the right weather. The bed and bedding are lovely and comfortable. The location is excellent if you are travelling by car as the roads leading to the apartment are very spacious and of course you have the private parking. It is also a good location if you are using public transport or just want to walk into the centre. One small problem could be if you are a light sleeper, as there are bars across the street which can make the late evenings a bit of challenge.

José’s apartment was great! It was a very convenient location - we were able to walk to restaurants and all of the sites. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. In addition, the washer and dryer was very helpful. Would recommend this to anyone!

Beyond checking the typical boxes that we look for in accommodations (very clean, comfy bed, great shower and reliable wifi), it is a lovely apartment that invites relaxation. It has a well equipped kitchen with a generous fridge/freezer and handy washer/dryer. We appreciated the ample storage space in the bedroom (closets & drawers). which allowed us to not have to live out of our suitcases during our stay. A scenic river walk of 20 minutes (more or less) allowed us easy access to all the old town attraction as well as other notable areas of Sevilla such as the Triana neighborhood. Jose was an exceptional communicator. Very early after confirming our booking, he forwarded information about the city to help us with our holiday planning. He arranged transfers both to and from the apartment and was able to accommodate our request for an early check in. Should we ever return to Sevilla, we would definitely consider staying at this apartment again.

A great location from which to explore Seville. The flat was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The rooftop area with the pool was a beautiful space to relax and appreciate the view of the city. Eva was extremely helpful, offering advice about local place to eat and visit, and even organising our return taxi to the airport.
