What a beautiful villa in an amazing area in Cairo! The Villa was lovely and clean! Yahia was very friendly and responsive! I will recommend this place for sure as I will be coming back here! I can't say enough good things about our stay at Houseboat65. I was there with five other folks - a couple & their two kids (8 & 11) and another single person. We had the three apartments on the second floor — perfect. I got lucky and slept in a gorgeous three-room space surrounded by windows, which filled the room with light. We spent a lot of time on the Nile-facing porches, chatting and having cocktails. It felt like our own little slice of calm and peace in busy Cairo. Jerome and the amazing Marie (we love you, Marie!) were beyond responsive: anything we needed (and that wasn't much: these spaces are well-stocked) or any time we needed assistance with luggage, etc., they were there in a flash. Marie served as our driver and top-notch tour guide for two days and wow - we felt so comfortable and well-taken care of. She knows the city so well and didn't hesitate to take us to some very far-flung locations. We can't WAIT to tell our friends about our stay and hope we get to come back!

A beautiful villa with a wonderful garden and its own pool. Everything was clean and the hosts had thought of the smallest details to make you feel at home. Beautiful design, lots of space both inside and outside where you can drink your coffee with a beautiful view or have dinner under the sky. The pool was cleaned for me. Thank you Nehad,Ahmed and door man Ramadan who took care of the cleanliness outside and was always ready to help when needed.Definitely will back again!

My stay at Ahmed's place was great! The apartment was clean, well equipped and very centrally located. He was a very friendly and helpful host. I would come back at any time and can only recommend it!

Dr. Mohamed provided detailed instructions, and he made sure that I understood everything. The apartment is spacious and was cleaned. I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The owner was incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, making me feel right at home. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, convenient stay in Cairo. Definitely, will come back again!

My third stay here and I will keep coming back. Private and quiet. Was able to walk everywhere so perfect. Very safe for a single woman. Very comfortable. Norhan was open to suggestions. Check in and out could be made a little easier due to needing the key for the lift. Otherwise a perfect stay again.

I booked the place for my family visit to Egypt. The apartment really stood out and my family had such an amazing and covenant time. The location of the place was amazing and near the tourists attractions and shops. The place is very clean and there were details that made the place even more special and clean. Mahmoud was very helpful and communicated very well that made my family stay easy during the check in and out. He also offered some really good recommendations and tips during the stay. I would definitely recommend anyone who visits egypt to book his place and will definitely be considered for us next time.

The apartment is wonderful, clean and close to many recreational places. At the same time, the neighborhood is quiet and comfortable and suitable for families. We have no inconvenience and the official. Mustafa was a wonderful person who is welcome and helps us with everything. Not only with the things that belong to the apartment, not even if we ask him about the tourist places, restaurants, entertainment venues and hospitals. He gives us help without hesitation on the most complete destination for the service on WhatsApp 24 hours and along with a really great service. Surely, I will return the experience. From initial booking the host was responsive, and answered any questions. I arrived late and the self checkin was convient, security even insured I found the correct apartment and was I able to let myself in. The apartment was pristine clean, everything was in working order. Very efficient AC, and a very quiet location. There apartmebt is actually larger 5hsn the pictures suggest anx well laid out. There are banks, and a small but well stocked shop. The location is 15 minutes from the airport 30 minutes from Central Cairo, and 40 minutes from Giza. Ubers are plentiful and cheap, though the traffic out of Cairo returning to the apartment can be congested depending on circumstances. I stay in many Airbnb's and Sameh's apartment is in my top 3, I would happily return on my next visit to Cairo.

I loved this place! It was cute and cozy and the hosts were super responsive throughout. They helped me with whatever I needed regardless of what time it was; fixed the WiFi for me super early in the morning and took my clothes to get dry cleaned for me! They were kind and welcoming and I honestly couldn’t think of a better experience. Thanks for having me!

Great value for the money. Compound is very nice, location is ideal. Walkable to a bunch of cafes and convenient stores where people speak English. The place itself was very clean and well equipped. Also, bigger than the pictures do it justice. The host, Wesam, was very responsive and communicative. Checked in proactively several times to make sure we don’t need anything! He also has a 24/7 team with a person available during day time and another for night time for any emergencies. This puts them above and beyond compared to other places we stayed at. Would gladly stay here again.

For the faithful sister Heba was at the top of respect, pasha and elasticity, a reality of an experience that was more than wonderful, the speed of response and the speed of response, and it is repeated, God willing.

The place was great and huge and the price for the space was amazing, a lot of nice restaurants around, a quiet neighborhood. Bassem was great to deal with and very understanding, checking in and out was easy. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay.

My family and I (wife and two kids) booked the stay at Ghada's / Shahinaz's place which is located on the Westin Katemeya Dunes Golf Resort property. The entry into the apartment was a bit unique, but the apartment is a massive apartment with large living spaces, golf course views, a large office. It was an all around amazing experience. Since you're on the property you can also access the amentities at the Westin resort (paid separately). We were visiting local friends, so unfortunately did not have time to visit the hotel amenities. It felt like home and did not disappoint. Shahinaz and her team were amazing from start to finish.

Very spacious and peaceful apartment!! Loved my stay! Highly recommended it! The location is so convenient! I will definitely be back!
