I have visited many houses in Tunquén and the architecture of this one is very nice. The house has a pool, stove and grill. Ricardo very attentive and the nature of the beautiful place. We were happy 🤩

Everything was good. Communication with Martha was smooth and she tried to help us with all our questions and requirements. The house is large and you can easily spend the day (and weeks) in that space, the lights, the windows, the terrace, the pool, the stove, everything well done and functional. We had a great time and would go back again.

The house is in an excellent location, it has absolutely everything, a beautiful and comfortable terrace, good mattresses, a 10-minute walk to the main beach. On the other hand, Pablo is a very good host, attentive to any questions. I had a very pleasant stay with my family.

Our stay at Tania's house was excellent. The house is wonderful, very comfortable and is equipped with absolutely everything you need: hair dryer, iron, board games, among many other things. We had an amazing time! As a suggestion, it would be good to indicate in the description of the accommodation that in the condominium on Fridays and Saturdays music and noise are allowed until 02:00 a.m., since there is a sign with those rules when entering. On Friday, a neighbour got upset because we had the music a little loud at about 1:30 a.m., although we were still within the allowed hours. To avoid problems, we went to sleep that day and the next day we kept the music only inside the house. Apart from that detail, everything was perfect. Tania was always very attentive, responded quickly to all our messages and was aware that everything was fine. Highly recommended!

Really a liking the house, everything works perfect, the decor is cute and cozy and super well equipped (kitchen utensils, bathroom, heating, cushions, down, etc). It is even better than what can be seen in the pictures. In addition, Fabiola was a seven as a very responsive host of doubts and super clear to provide us with instructions and coordinate our arrival and departure. We hope to come back very soon.

A rich place to rest. Good pool and comfortable rooms. The place is removed from the great movement of the coast but close to approach it if you want.

Amazing place, super inviting. Plenty of parking space. I had two beautiful dogs, which are very friendly with the tenants. Sergio is very kind. He waited for us with the salamander on and with firewood as a gift (although nearby they sell sacks for 4,000). Very private place, no noise or anything. Ideal for going with a group of friends to have a good time. It has a beautiful and very comfortable barbecue area. In the mornings, the place is wonderful. Sergio is flexible with check-out and check-in times. Highly recommended to get away from the routine in a quiet place, or to have a good time with friends without anyone bothering you.

The house is amazing has all necessary amenities and more. The spectacular owners, extremely friendly, very attentive to every detail, welcomed us in the best way and made us feel at home. We were happy and grateful to have been to this beautiful place. We would come back a thousand times. Definitely the best place.

We chose the house for the views and they turned out much better than the photos!!! The location is unbeatable, with incredible ocean views that can be seen from every room in the house. The location is unbeatable, it is absolutely worth it. The house is spacious, with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces and a well-stocked kitchen. There are several paths down to the beaches and rocks. Although the one that leaves from the house is closed, we went down the neighbor's (who was very kind in offering us to go down there) but there are also several other public paths. The environment is really spectacular and quiet to relax. The check-in instructions are clear and we had trouble locating the house. A couple of very minor issues: the main shower bracket is loose, which makes it a little uncomfortable to use. The other thing is that the grill needs a renovation. But these issues do not affect the overall stay and I only mentioned them as suggestions. 100% recommended!

Super good experience, we went with my whole family (6 people) and we had a great time. The house is just as seen in the photos, in a gated community which gives greater security and peace of mind. Patricia was super attentive at all times to help us with whatever we needed.

We stayed 4 days with my family and our 3 dogs and everything super! The house is spacious and is very close to the beach. The view is really beautiful, you steal the movie completely:) I also had all the amenities one needs for cooking, it was overall a super nice stay. The only two things that would improve are: the entrance grille that costs a little to open it, and the second is that it would put light on the grill area since in the night the light of the house does not reach it much and it becomes difficult to make an asado. But outside of that details, the house is very nice and I highly recommend it! Thank you very much for having us! 💓

very happy with our stay in the stone house, without a doubt a very nice place, clean, beautiful and that meets all the expectations of a house on the beach, the welcome was spectacular in fact they were waiting for us with a bottle of red wine, things to chop and chocolates for the children, they are very happy otherwise, if their intention is to spend a few days relaxing with family to share with friends in a cozy house on the beach do not hesitate we recommend 1000% this. we hope to come back one day a lot thanks pedro and family greetings

We had an excellent time, everything very neat and clean, we love the fireplace, we did not spend anything cold with the children. The beach is a few steps away and the environment is very peaceful. Maryla very worried and responds in time, we will definitely be back.

Our family created amazing memories during our stay at Vivian's beautiful oceanfront home. The surroundings were peaceful and pristine and I couldn't imagine a house with a more "wow" view. The kitchen was spotless and very well equipped. We felt right at home in paradise!!!
