Precioso apartamento a pie de playa. Nuevo (2020), maravillosas vistas al mar y todas las comodidades. Plaza de aparcamiento privada . Piscina con vistas al mar abierta todo el año normalmente; pero los acuerdos de la Comunidad de propietarios, la sequía, ETC. pueden limitar temporalmente su uso. Consultar al propietario disponibilidad. Urbanización frente al mar (Zona Dunas la Carraca). Un oasis de tranquilidad muy cerca de los servicios de El Morche y del paseo marítimo de TORROX-COSTA.

Magnifico alojamiento a pie de playa en una localidad considerada como la que mejor clima tiene de Europa. Cerca de todos los servicios, restaurantes, comercios, etc. y rodeado de un entorno natural y único. Bienvenidos al paraíso. (Piscina abierta de junio a septiembre)

Welcome to this completely refurbished 44 m2 flat with sea views and an amazing sunset in Torrox-Costa (Malaga). The beach is just 50 metres away. You will also have access to two tennis courts (available all year round) and a large communal pool (available from 13th June until 28th September). Various restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are within walking distance. Enjoy the beach promenade in a quiet residential area. The car park is located directly in front of the house.

Apartamento de dos dormitorios ideal para pasar unos días de vacaciones en el mejor clima de Europa ( Torrox). A penas a 200 metros de la playa. Consta de dos dormitorios, baño y aseo, terraza, salón y cocinas ambas independientes. Se accede por la nacional 340 en la rotonda situada en el Hotel Santarosa hacia un camino rural de 1 minuto en coche y andando 3 minutos a una distancia de la playa de unos 200 metros aproximadamente. Located very close to the beach and the best establishments in Torrox. It has a closed garage for your car. The urbanization has several swimming pools, a paddle tennis court and a fast tennis court (hard surface).
