Monthly Rentals in El Manzano Número 1

Our family’s stay was spectacular! Nice short walk to the beach where we learned how to surf. Plenty of local bars and restaurants close by where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks. Everyone we met was helpful and friendly. The property is clean and well cared for. Steve was responsive to our questions. Relaxing poolside at the home with great sunset views (and the occasional horse passing by in the distance) will be a lasting memory for us all.

This location on the North-West coast of Nicaragua is really wonderful. Beautiful landscape, the nicest people & the Airbnb apartment on the compound is very stylish, with lots of local quality material, plus great terrace. Our stay with Fran & her 3 marvelous young sons (all play chess!) was heartwarming and her culinary expertise & charm is right how it should be on a farm-to-table location like this. If you're lucky you'll get spoiled with one of the smashing (very healthy!) dishes of this inspirational chef and cool Airbnb-host!

We had the most wonderful stay in this casita. The location can’t be beat, we walked to the boom every morning and every evening at dusk. The community was quiet and serene, the stars spectacular at night. The casita had everything we needed and all our questions were answered promptly by the property manager or caretaker. Lacie was beyond helpful and extremely friendly. She is a wonderful host and communicated great! She is available for any questions and the area is just beautiful and the all the people are very very friendly. Her place is gorgeous and better than you’ll expect. One of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed. 10/10!!
