Very good place, great and responsive host. WiFi is super fast, teleférico is 5 mins away. Recommended

The location is appropriate for trips to other parts of the country without having to go down to peace.

In the last year we have used a lot of different apartments on airbnb and definitely the apartment with Luis in La Paz was the best. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, well-equipped (e.g. cooking equipment). Great if someone wants to work remotely (table for work + fast internet). The area is safe, there is a porter and reception downstairs. Luis as a host was very kind, he made sure that we did not lack anything during our stay, contact with him was very quick. He also helped us with various matters, e.g. money exchange or organizing a trip. We highly recommend staying in Luis apartment for both short and long term :)

very spacious place. only one thing, it is quite cold. doesn't hurt to have a space heater.
