We were very happy with our stay, the area is very quiet and there are several restaurant options, the service was fast from the beginning, access was very easy and with flexible hours, everything was very clean and tidy.

The place is much nicer than in the photos and very clean. It is close to supermarkets and is in a quiet area where there is not much noise. Claudia resolved the internet issue immediately.

Excellent place to stay, it is super central, there is a parking meter so you have to be leaving at 8am to put time on it ($10 per hour) and if you arrive before nightfall, put it on so they don't immobilize you. Access is a bit complicated as they describe, since the stairs are very small (only 6) and if you carry suitcases it is difficult to climb them. I only had one problem, as there were two days when they were doing maintenance work right above where we were staying, so one day early and another in the afternoon the sound was very annoying. I recommend wearing good sunscreen because it's very hot in the city.

Juan was very patient and helpful with us checking in. His place was perfect for our weekend stay. This is the second time I've used his place, and I will continue to do so.
