Great location and apartment, newly renovated and as pictured, very friendly and helpful hosts, would definitely recommend staying there.

A wonderful option in Barcelona! Mari was exceptionally helpful and responsive and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. When we had a small plumbing issue, she had housekeeping fix it within minutes. The location is excellent.

Great apartment in a great location near the beach and away from the crowds. Transport links are on the doorstep and there are lots of local restaurants and coffee shops near by in peaceful surroundings. I would happily come back again.

The host was responsive. We requested a crib and they provided a high chair and bath seat without asking which was very nice and useful. The apartment was clean and had an elevator which was nice with our stroller. There were about 4-6 steps to get to the elevator which wasn't bad. We would stay here again for sure.

Excellent location very close to Passeige De Gracia, easy to walk and commute from the apartment across the main touristy spots in Barcelona. Great size apartment, very comfy beds. We ran out of hot water and towels, and contacted unique who were very quick to respond and they provided new towels for us straight away - great service.

We had a wonderful stay in this lively area of Barcelona- the apartment was well stocked, easy to access and clean. We loved that we could open the window to the balcony for fresh air and to observe the neighborhood, while the windows were very well insulated for noise when closed. Highly recommend!

Carlos was a fantastic host! Even though our stay was very short, his place was perfect in location and comfort. He gave extremely clear instructions, and also provided lots of local restaurant recommendations which after long days of travel was so appreciated. Highly recommend Carlos place!

Most amazing location! Nice, open plan apartment. Easy communication and a nice treat is cleaning came in the middle of our booking - you don’t get that in Europe often.

The location of this place is incredible! So central and easy to walk everywhere. The place was SO clean and the cleaners came round every day to give the room a refresh. Great views from balcony! Staff extremely friendly and helpful. The only caveat to this place is that there is an old fashioned lift or quite a few stairs that you use to get to the floor it’s on.

Great location in a cool neighborhood (Gracia), but the actual apartment was in a quiet courtyard. Very spacious with 2 full bedrooms and another twin bed and couch bed. Would recommend!
