Monthly Rentals in Ehime

Great place to stay. The house is very easy to find, once you exit Iyo-Hojo station it's a straight less than 10 minute walk. It's close the a small ship dock. And close to the gate of Kashima island. The house itself is a typical old style Japanese house. It's quite spacious with 2 floors. There is a room with a desk and bed on the first floor and 2 rooms on the second floor. The walls are a bit thin, so sometimes you can hear people pass by. But it's a very quiet area, so it's nothing bothersome and I actually liked it. Location is good. There are 2 supermarkts on walking distance, some convenient stores and close to the ferry to Kashima island. The hosts responds fast and came by to pick up trash bags a couple of times. The instructions before arriving were quite clear. I stayed for a bit less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend it. The area has a rural atmosphere, but still near a station. It's quite spacious and also good price. Definitely worth it.

It was a very beautiful and well-maintained house.It had everything I needed, such as tableware and furniture, and I had a very comfortable stay.The house is spacious enough for one family to live in.The station was also close, and I didn't feel inconvenienced even without a car or bicycle.You can get to Matsuyama Station in about 15 minutes. The surroundings were very quiet, and I was able to spend a healing month. We are also very grateful for the many foods you have prepared, such as bread, homemade rice, butter, etc.Thanks to the warm hospitality, I was able to have a more comfortable stay. I'd love to stay there again.Thank you!
