Beautiful apartment: Quiet location, right on the Ach

The non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located on the top floor of a renovated former farmhouse. The apartment (30 m² living space) has a separate entrance as well as a parking space. It is equipped with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m), shower/toilet, seating area with TV, dining area with kitchenette (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with oven and pizza function). A fridge with freezer compartment is available. Dishes are cleaned by the landlord. The village center can be reached on foot in about 7 minutes.

You need peace and quiet to recharge your batteries, lots of nature right at your doorstep, but also all the possibilities to live out your urge to move, but not to have to. A short walk to the nearby forest, forays through lush, green meadows on paths that are open to you in all directions. The apartment is idyllically located on the outskirts and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. It is very spacious for a maximum of two people. The new fitted kitchen includes everything to strengthen yourself well for the day of vacation with a breakfast. The apartment is the ideal starting point for excursions to the nearby five lakes and to the mountains in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the Ammertal. The numerous bike paths invite you to explore the surroundings of Murnau.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.
