Recreation in the Waldviertel

Our apartment is located in the heart of the Horn basin in a small town and is an ideal starting point for numerous excursions. This apartment is ideally suited for 1 to 2 couples, as well as for families (2 adults and 2-3 children) or solo travelers. Baby crib and children's equipment available on request. There is a swimming pond on the property that is not fenced. Immediately after arrival, a local tax of €2.50 per person per night from the age of 16 is payable.

Another two people can stay on the sofa bed. The property is ideal for a wide variety of excursions: the Wachau, Krems or the Waldviertel. But the capital Vienna is also just an hour away.

We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Due to the positive experiences as Airbnb hosts, we converted the smallest barn on our property into a tiny house in 2020-2022. We planned and built everything ourselves and hope our guests will feel comfortable and enjoy their time in Krems and the Wachau!
