The villa is ideal for a family holiday. The whole space is available for the guests. It is located in a very peaceful residential area, 5 minutes walk from the city centre. The marble terrace and garden are situated in the backyard, with acces both from the living room, as well as from the ping pong room. The ground floor consists of generous living and dining area, as for the sleeping area, the bedrooms with one fully equipped bathroom are place on the first floor.

The apartament is near by Neversea Festival. You only have 10 min walk by Modern Beach, 5 min walk by Tomis Mall. A bus station and a supermarket are close in the area. The old city and Ovidiu Square are very close.
