The price is very cheap Due to Triton Just Starting out, as he just moved in his new house. With Airbnb Being His Side Hustle/2nd income. He told me he just moved down here from Chicago and doesn't know a single soul, and trying to make new friends. Well, Ill say, give Peoria a try. You'll love it here. It's a boring city surrounded by small towns, not much happens here in Peoria, but you'll adjust. Even though Trivon's house is 90% empty, He doesn't have much, and I'm not too judgy. The honesty of his advertisement is what's most important. He was very nice and respectful. I'm down-to-earth. We had a long conversation about "life". It was a stormy night too, which made it more memorable of me and Trivon sitting in his living room, chatting about life, while listening to the thunder storms. Triton was a vibe. Trivon was a really chill guy & it's his sweet personality that will definitely convince me to book again. And with that being said, Im looking forward to booking again.

My first stay with a room and shared bath!! It was great and I'm glad to have had the experience!! The room was great and so was the bathroom!! Vikki is a very nice, friendly person...easy to talk too!! She was there to check me in and explain everything....which made experience so easy!! Highly recommend this place for a quiet, enjoyable stay!! Bernice the dog is a sweetie and so is Kitty her friend!! 😊

Sara's place was absolutely adorable, clean, and a perfect place to stay for a night. My boyfriend, dog and I went to a concert about 40 minutes away from here and it was the perfect set up and we truly enjoyed our stay!
