Although there isn't much room to roam on the property itself, there is access to the Pere Marquette Rail Trail only a short drive North. The cabin is just off the highway in farm country, and is described as peaceful with a cozy interior. You may however hear some road noise if you are relaxing outside. The small town of Barryton is located a mile to the South

The kitchen is reasonably stocked with some staples. Three cozy bedrooms await after a busy day. 2 full bathrooms. Approximately an hour from Grand Rapids, 40 minutes to Mt Pleasant.

You are 1 mile from Morelands Mx & Valley MX and 5 miles between Crystal Motor Speedway and 8 miles from Mid Michigan Motorplex.

Secluded Lake House Getaway

House has four bedrooms each with queen beds as well as a kids room with 3 sets of twin bunk beds - entire house is newly remodeled. It's the only house on 3rd Lake. You can use the pontoon (extra charge and 3 day notice needed) and take it to both 1st and 2nd Lakes or you can take the kayaks or row boat (with trolling motor) to any of the six lakes which are all connected and tie to the Flat River. Perfect place for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.
