It's close to the famous bars and restaurants of Broughton Street and not far from Royal Botanic Gardens. Most of the sights are in within walking distance. Arriving from Waverley Train Station and walking to the house is relatively easy. There is a tram stop at York Place at the top of Broughton Street with a direct connection to the Airport. There are also local buses available nearby. Payment parking right outside property Monday to Friday daytime (£2.20 per hour) Otherwise free Free day time parking located nearby around 0.5 mile away

Single Room

Single Room with a double size bed (135x200cm) is available for 1 person. The flat is located in a mean avenue between the city centre and Portobello which offers you bars, restaurants, shops,etc Large supermarket 5 min by walk. Holyrood Park 10 min by walk. Portobello Beach 20 min by walk. You can get to/from the city centre in about 30 min by walk, but the property is very well communicated with plenty (also night) bus lines just downstairs that will do the same in a very short ride on bus.

Lovely cosy double bedroom in private shared flat

Relax in this cosy converted cottage ground floor flat with front door access on a pedestrianised street. There is shared outdoor space with bench and bbq available as well as a lawn out the back with free allocated parking. Guests have access to a shared kitchen and bathroom with me. Excellent connections via bus to city centre, close to the airport with a 24hr Tesco, Lidl and Scotmid just down the road. The Zoo and Murrayfield stadium are within walking distance. Quiet and friendly neighbours.

Quiet place close to Edinburgh in a very convenient location, very near the city centre but in local and quiet neighbourhood. You have many things around and the views from your room are of the beautiful Pentland Hills. Nice for people travelling to explore Edinburgh and around, having a stop over to/ from the Highlands or for newcomers to Edinburgh while searching for a permanent place where to stay.
