We had the best vacation with wonderful memories. The most important part of our vacation was having a place to enjoy with our older dog who loves to swim. This may be our last summer with him and coming to Higbys was the best decision. They directed us immediately to the swimming area for him and it was perfect. Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way. Thank you for one of the best vacations. The memories will last a lifetime!

Our stay was wonderful! Great place for both adults and kids. Patti’s descriptions were extremely accurate. So many games and activities to do right at the home. One of the cleanest Airbnbs I have seen too!

Perfect for what we were looking for. Very convenient ski in/out right off the slopes. Very responsive host and very clean.

Mitchell’s Pond was very charming, restful and restorative for our families. We had two families of seven, both with five young children. The kids spent every morning fishing, and swam all afternoon. The ample yard space was great for playing games, and the kids enjoyed catching frogs and watching the many birds return to their nests. The houses are old farm houses, so they are not fancy and shiny, but they were charming and beautiful. The kids are already asking if we can go back next year.

Our long awaited family reunion of 8 adults and 1 dog LOVED staying in the Plum Bush house. The house is BEAUTIFUL and spacious, the beds comfy, the water hot and the sunporch was the coziest place to gather for conversation and enjoy the welcome snacks and beverages. The pool water was a balmy 88 degrees and the grounds were a great place to hike, have a camp fire or play a game of corn hole. Mary and Bert were nearby to answer any questions and made us feel at home. We would love to stay there again!

Had everything we needed. Place was clean and the host had good communication.

Michelle was very kind! Her empathy came to the forefront when she allowed us to keep one of our cars parked in the driveway for a few days after check out due to an emergency. If you'd like a quiet getaway with family, this is perfect! We also took a 45-minute car ride to Allegheny National Forest and spent several hours hiking. You can walk to the lake, and the public beach access is only a 15-minute drive (it has a very scenic view). Highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The house was clean, spacious, inviting and the bed was comfy and well made up. My family and I had a wonderful time in the home and would definitely stay there on our next visit to Sharon PA.

This was our first Airbnb experience and we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! Jonie and Ryan were very helpful and the home suited our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the ample space and beautiful river view!

A gorgeous place with lots of room and a pristine kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal. Great bed and a huge shower. So beautifully appointed and will definately stay here again next time were in town to visit family.

Nice older Home that is kid friendly and central to the Erie area making it easy to get around. We plan to stay here again soon & thank you Sharon.

This was, far and away, the best house I have ever stayed in through Air B&B. Every possible thing you thought you needed to bring was already in the house. A fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, sheets and towels, and even extra bathroom needs. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to both the grocery and a few shops and eateries. You can actually SEE Chautauqua Lake from the house! Wi-Fi and TV options were plentiful, and there are comfy chairs in the living room if you wanted to stay in and catch a movie or a game. In short, I hope other hosts are reading this, because THIS HOUSE is the reason Air B&B exists. I’d stay here every time if I could.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse! The space was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and we especially loved the thoughtful breakfast treat that perfectly matched the theme—it was such a special touch! One of the coolest parts of the stay was getting to experience the free-range chickens, peacocks, ducks, and guinea fowl roaming the property—it added such a unique and fun touch to the whole atmosphere. The home itself is spacious making it an ideal spot for a larger group. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

The house was very spacious and had 3 really nice bathrooms. Common areas had a lot of space and we never felt like we were tripping over each other. Perfect place for quality family time and enjoying the beauty of the lake!

The Bicycle House was the perfect place to unwind during graduation weekend. The house was super clean and decorated beautifully. The neighborhood was so quiet, beds were comfortable and house was just so cozy all around. I wish we had more time to check out the area. I hope to try and get back for a longer stay at some point.

This house was amazing! Beautiful, comfortable and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood quiet for peaceful nights sleep. It was a great place to gather and make memories. Loved the large couches on both levels. The kitchen being open to the living room area was so nice to have everyone still all together and chatting while also preparing meals. It was very close to town with nice variety of restaurants to choose from. It was also great having three full bathrooms. The house was very clean and provided all we needed for weekend getaway. Clean, cute, and well appointed little cottage. We appreciated the coffee, water, snacks, and especially the fresh flowers. The bed was comfy and the house was so clean and cozy. The house also has a lot of character and made me curious about its history.

Three retired old guys stayed here for a week's long steelhead fishing trip. The house was roomy and comfortable. Amenities were all good for our purposes. Patty, the host answered her phone each of the four times I called her with questions and provided the answers making our stay go uneventful.

Ella is a super host! We travel a lot and this is the first host that impressed us! She thought of everything one could need. She also checked in to see if we need anything extra! She even provided us with a can opener that did not work! Her beds , sofa, and armchairs were comfortable. The patio in front was cozy and sunny in the mornings! The back yard was private and serene! We have left some of our personal items which she kindly returned! Laundry room was great! Overall that was one of the most comfortable experiences and it felt like home! I would absolutely recommend Ella's home if you are visiting Erie, PA!
