Cozy Private Studio Close to Downtown Orlando

Located near the heart of downtown, our place has a quaint feel with so much to offer. The studio is attached to the house but is completely separated from us. Private entrance and private area with also everything such as bedroom, bathroom, and full kitchen which is fully equipped. The studio offers plenty of nearby restaurants, grocery stores, shopping plazas, etc. We are close to ORMC medical center located near downtown Orlando. The best part, is that we are only 15 min from Orlando airport!

I had a great stay. The place was just the right size—I felt right at home from the moment I arrived. The decor added such a cozy touch, clearly put together with excellent taste. Ben was the perfect host: friendly, welcoming, fun to talk to, and very respectful of my privacy when needed, which I really appreciated since I work from home. And I have to mention Margo, his adorable dog—such a sweet presence around the house! What a cutie. I would absolutely stay here again.

I had a fantastic 2-week stay at this Airbnb in Orlando. The private room was spotless, well-organized, and very quiet—perfect for a peaceful and productive visit. It came with all the essentials, including a mini fridge, microwave, desk, and TV. The bedsheets were fresh and clean, and I had convenient access to shared spaces like the kitchen and washer/dryer, which were also well-maintained. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and tidy throughout my stay. Angel, the host, was always quick to respond and very accommodating—especially when I needed to extend my stay for personal reasons. I truly appreciated the understanding and flexibility. Blanca and Liz, the other tenants, were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone visiting the area and would absolutely stay here again.

This place was really an artist dream. Loved the atmosphere, the colors, the accents…. Just a thrill just walking in & out. Peaceful location close to a lot of shops & food. Sam & Jorge are great hosts. Communication was great even though I never saw anyone while I was there. I would recommend to others & look forward to returning again soon!
