Beachfront holiday rental in Edgewater

Had an amazing time here and didn’t want to leave! Our favorites were the location (across the street from the beach) and hot tub. I was especially impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - we never needed to buy coffee or spices for cooking.

Nice, small cozy cottage in a quaint neighborhood. The private access to the beach was a major plus. Place was clean with all the basics needed. Outdoor fire pit was awesome. Walking distance to coffee shops/food spots/ general stores. Rob was very personable and friendly. Perfect for a couple or few friends visiting the beach. Plenty of space for myself and my partner plus our dogs.

Everything was exactly as described. Will stay again!

We were there for a funeral. One family member came in from Hawaii, one from Washinton, and one from Califirnia. The apartment was cozy, well-appointed, and literally a block from the beach. The nearby grocery store and eateries was helpful. Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

It was cozy yet spacious. It caused an all out homemade hot chocolate w marshmallow, movie night with the whole family. We'd grab a different great breakfast sandwich 3 min away daily. Everything is just an exit or a block away. I would love to stay here again.

From check-in to check-out David was great and responsive. The accommodations were perfect for our family (4 adults). Loved the bedroom with the bed that had a remote to raise your feet and head! So comfortable! We were greeted the next day by David and his two beautiful dogs! This was supposed to be a beach vacation but it rained for the entire 4 days and nights we were there. We did enjoy the hot tub and he sent down the dogs to visit too when we asked! He made my hubby and I the most wonderful espresso we’ve ever had. He also made great suggestions for dining. We had the use of their bikes, beach umbrella and chairs (which we didn’t get to use ). Also provided big fluffy towels which were great for the hot tub. Soap was lovely both in the kitchen and bathroom (Meyer) and lovely body wash in the shower (I think it was EOS). The neighbourhood is so charming- love the uniqueness of all the homes. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be back again!

Joseph is a great host and is always responsive to my request. The check-in process is super easy and the place is exactly as described in the photo and the description. The location is quite, peaceful, easy to find, and there are planety of good restaurants around that area. View as it is on an island is also pretty good! Highly recommend!

I was initially unsure of Christopher’s place because of a couple of negative reviews. I reached out to enquire about the conditions of the place, per those negative reviews. Christopher explained and assured me. I’m so glad I discounted those reviews because Christopher’s place turned out to be such a gem. Christopher’s place is just right for a small family — ours was a party of 3 adults — and has everything you’ll need. Every room has a separate airconditioner unit, though we did not need to turn that on. The kitchen is well equipped, though we only used it for having snacks and on our last day, some grilled cheese sandwiches. The two bed rooms are suitably sized and the beds are comfy. If youre a light sleeper, the front bedroom might be a tad noisy from the road just outside. During our stay, we could hear cars passing by during morning and evening hours. For anyone looking to spend some relaxing time by the beach, this is the place. Don’t believe the negative reviews here.

If you are looking to explore New York for a few days or longer then Jay's place is great. Just a few minutes from the Long Beach station, Penn or Grand Central are about an hour away on a direct LIRR train. You will save $$$ by staying here compared with Manhattan. Long Beach is a safe, full of interesting shops. The 10km boardwalk is just a few minutes away. The apartment of character in a listed building full of charm. Loved the well stocked kitchen and would not hesitate to come back again.

Beautiful place! I spent a week at Robert's place with my wife, setting up my office and laptops there. I got to watch the bay and swans floating down it while working. I got DoorDash, Amazon, and Total Wine deliveries while I stayed there and all were seamless. The location is easily found. TV was great in the den area. We watched a couple of movies on Prime. Perfect location, outside the craziness of mainland Long Island. I loved it! Would love to stay again.

The perfect landing spot for our family (2 adults and a toddler) the week of our beach vacation. The location was fantastic with easy access to Sandy Hook National Recreation area and several restaurants just a short walk away. The property was clean and well stocked. Our host was responsive and extremely thoughtful leaving extra children books for our toddler!

Pristine studio in Long beach, steps from bars, restaurants, and the beach. Absolutely immaculate! Cozy bed linens and good towels, great water pressure, plenty of hot water. Erica was very informative throughout our stay and the Valentine's cookies were a special touch. would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

The Loft at 196 is not only in a pristine location, but is hosted by two great and friendly people. Marisol greeted me as I first arrived and was very willing to help me get set in, if I required. I met Charles later and contacted him more than once about recommendations. After discovering I had an interest in mountain biking, he did not only recommend a place nearby, but provided me the bike and all the required gear to do so. He contacted restaurants nearby on my behalf and gave me updates about local events. There was no pressure to go to things I didn't care for, but all the opportunity to do so. Opportunity that I would not have had on my own. Lastly, the beach was amazing. I grew up going to the forearm of Cape Cod where we would always have strong waves and good sandbars at low tide. I found both of these again at Sea Bright. The only difference was that at The Loft, I was less than a minute away from the beach whenever I felt like going. Thank you again, Charlie and Marisol.

It was with great pleasure that I visited the prince's house, it is really well presented and clean. It makes me want to come back again. I hope everyone visits Mr. Prince and you will not regret it.

This was one of the most memorable and meaningful events and Ashley's gorgeous home was the perfect centerpiece and the warmest most wonderful place that we could've ever found. We are so greatful! The decor, the furniture, the rooms, the beds, everything available for us to use, I can go on and on and on. The pictures don't do it justice. Wow if you are on the fence of where to go, THIS IS IT! We hope to come back again!

Just checked out. Wanted to say how hospitable and amazing the bnb was. We have a huge family and everything was perfect. Many memories from this house now especially the Wedding memories. Also thank you for being super flexible and understanding

5 stars is not enough for this home. After spending our days in NYC, it was worth the drive to retreat to this sanctuary. There is nothing that was missing in this Airbnb. The host has thought about everything. From the proactive communication to make sure our stay was enjoyable. To the detailed instructions on how to use all the amenities that are provided. The home is IMMACULATE!! Just book it. The best decision you will make.

It was a wonderful location! There was no gas for the bbq but we got great info for where to get and an offer of reimbursement and the hosts always responded very quickly with any questions! We definitely want to stay there again! It was my first experience with an airbnb and it was more than I hoped for.

The house was perfect for our family and friends. It was very spacious, comfortable, and just what we needed for a short trip. We truly appreciate her hospitality.
