Very quiet location but not far from amenities. The home had an attention to detail that not all air bnbs do (for example enough towel hooks for everyone staying!) as well as basic cooking amenities

Ron and Laurie have a wonderful house with a stunning view and very comfortable beds. The atmosphere and interior design are carefully thought. If you wish to be in a remote serene place, this is your choice. We have been delighted by the surprise simple breakfast. Again thank you for everything. Corinne, Cecile and Nataly.

The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. We didn’t spend too much time at the house but found it relaxing and enjoyable while there. It was about a 15 min drive from old city center and has some nice restaurants around. My only criticisms are that the house was hard to find in the dark and we almost missed it. Hosts were great and friendly and my family had a great time in Annapolis!

I’ve been to this location three (3) times now and each time was a pleasure. Communication was great and him allowing a late check out was fantastic (especially with multiple kids, trying to get them ready). I will continue to select this location when we have to come into town for the location, price, communication, and peace of mind knowing exactly what we’ll receive. The only issue with this last stay (and I can only assume it was due to holiday because never happened before) was the trash can being full. I do not suspect this is a regular occurrence as he is very transparent. I’d recommend this place to anyone and again, will be booking multiple times in the future as we will be traveling to MD a lot more.

Scott’s place was a great location for a wedding and Annapolis. The house was roomy for our party of 5 with large beds and plenty of bathrooms. Scott was very responsive and helpful.

Beautiful home and exactly as advertised. Joseph was responsive and proactive and very friendly. The house was clean, quiet, and perfect for what we needed- a comfortable night's sleep and space for a family with pets. Everything went smoothly and met our expectations. Would rent again.

I used this place as a staging ground for my wedding at the Hammerman area of gunpowder falls State Park. it worked great for that. gorgeous setting for photos and extremely close to the park. slept the brides side of the wedding party comfortably and we were able to assemble and decorate the cake while there. I'm sure it would also be a great place to stay if you wanted to get out on the water.

Perfect spot for family gathering for 50th birthday celebrations all weekend! Grandkids loved the water activities and grand puppies loved all the news smells. Highly recommend! We will be back.

We are repeat visitors! Love the homey atmosphere and lovely deck. Pretty gardens and such a nice walk to the Chesapeake Bay. Very easy living at Heather’s place! Hope to come again and visit!

Very peaceful surroundings, you are out on a point overlooking the bay, with lots of outside space to relax in the mornings to enjoy your morning tea/coffee. I loved having the real fireplace and enjoyed an evening fire on the more chillier evenings. Felt at home and comfy.

Carlene home was beautiful very aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. I was a little hesitant knowing part of the property was gonna be occupied but that wasn’t an issue at all. We had privacy and it was secure. I would definitely stay again l.

THIS PLACE WAS THE BEST! Nina was so kind and threw in a few decorations because it was my wedding day which was so incredibly sweet. Everything was clean and ready to use and the house is a great space. Nina was so so quick to respond. I wish I could give this place 6 stars!

It was a great stay after a long day roaming around Washington DC and Maryland. The accommodation was clean and nicely decorated with very inspiring words of wisdom providing a cozy and comfortable retreat throughout our stay. Kelly has been very informative and detailed on the instructions to help us on a very smooth check in and check out process. The location was fantastic and quiet neighborhood. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable Airbnb experience!"

I highly recommend this place! From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. The view alone is worth the price. Jeanne and Becca were exceptional hosts; they were both responsive and friendly. There are plenty of activities available, including a pier, a fire pit, and two decks with furniture. Additionally, there are kayaks, paddleboards, and much more. The home is well-stocked with paper products, health and beauty items, and extra blankets and pillows. I can't say enough good things about this lovely Baycation home!

Olga was a very nice and responsive host. The townhome was very clean and everyone had their own room and bathroom which is hard to find on Airbnb. The townhouse was easy to find and access. Overall, we had a good experience at the townhome.

This house was amazing. I wish my family would have rented this space longer. However the parking is a little crazy not much space to park. I’m assuming the neighbors not too happy about the many different people renting this home be as though they made a false complaint to the authorities. I’m glad my family was able to have a nice stay in an amazing home. We felt safe in this home. I would recommend this home to everyone and I would rent again if needed .

It was a beautiful waterfront stay with lots of water activities to do. John was always responsive to whatever we needed. The driveway is a little steep, but to be expected with waterfront property. Such a great place and highly recommend.

Great hosts and the spot was PERFECT for some much needed R&R! Canoe & kayak were great and an added bonus was that there were local small historic town events occuring over the same weekend so the family got a chance to do a little bit of everything. Would certainly go back again and can’t recommend highly enough for a very peaceful getaway.

We've been twice now and love Dorothy's place. The kids can run around outside and we can grill and relax. A great escape from the city. About 15 mins drive to groceries or whatever you need, 20 mins to Chestertown. Easy drives.

This home was the perfect size for my family during this trip. There was lots of room and extra space for everyone. The dining and kitchen area was immaculate and I really enjoyed family time in those areas. Everything about this place was awesome and we will return. Thank you Rigobert !
