The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, super tidy, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent: safe, quiet and easy to access. Tatiane was extremely attentive from the beginning, always ready to answer any questions with great sympathy and agility. It's a perfect place for families, with everything around: markets, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. We will definitely return at a next chance!

Gos I liked the accommodation of Fernando and Oswaldo! It is a small place, a room with kitchen environments and bathroom all together. For a couple is great. It is cozy and well decorated. We went with my dog and it went well! The apto is close to the beach and several good restaurants and places to go on foot (Bar do Toninho or Bar do Goiás, for example). Fernando was helpful, sent instructions for entry and responded to the msgs promptly. Approved!

We were impressed with the apartment! Amazing view, super clean and organized. Full kitchen, plenty of space and very nice doorman. Chris was super attentive and quick to answer our questions. We're already planning our next trip there! The beach is awesome! 5/5 Stars 😍

The apartment is a real gem! Everything is very well cared for, functional and with a delicious smell. 🌸 The location is excellent: a few steps from the sea and with everything nearby — market, pharmacy, bakery, shops and services. The street is very busy, which brings more practicality in everyday life. It met our needs very well and we felt at home! The host Suzi was extremely kind and attentive from the first contact. Everything was great.

The place was a surprise. The location is scary at first, but as Rodrigo said, it's a very quiet neighborhood. Besides having a lot of convenience nearby and the people are great. Rodrigo was very solicitous, fast and effective in his communication. It was really worth it, especially for Enseada beach, which is very close, clean and comfortable. The only improvement is that I didn't feel so much privacy, because the upstairs house is very accessible and areas are shared. Of course, it was great.

We rented the house to go to the next wedding and we went in 10 people, the house is very big, the space held everyone, the space was clean, organized, in the kitchen it had all the utensils, from large pans to shapes, mixer, blender, we don't need to take anything from home, very complete. The well-distributed rooms, all being suites, very quiet check in, the stay was very quiet and as everyone commented on the trip, a house that tastes like to rent, sure if we went to Guarujá again is where we will stay. we thank the hosts for responding quickly as I sent msg before leaving the house asking if I had large pot to make food for 10 people and he responded immediately, helping that part. the village were kind to leave toilet papers in the bathrooms, in the kitchen tbm had napkin, toothpick, things that in other non-existent stays, the house has an excellent security, swimming pool and barbecue was clean Anyway they can rent without fear

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that renting a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with clean and fragrant bed linen. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had full flexibility at check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and the communication with the host was clear, quick and super kind. I recommend it with my eyes closed!
