Our house is a large Art Deco-style villa in the heart of the Burgundy countryside, surrounded by 2 hectares of land, just 1 hour 20 minutes from Paris by TGV and 40 minutes from Lyon. It offers 6 bedrooms, two large terraces, a flower-filled garden, and orchards watched over by our donkey Roméo. We have renovated this home with all modern comforts while preserving its authenticity. We rent it out when we’re away and hope you’ll feel at home here. Perfect for family gatherings!

This fully air-conditioned and renovated accommodation is located in a quiet area of Montchanin. The house consists of a living room with TV and 140 x 190 sofa bed and two bedrooms each with a 140 x 190 bed, accommodating up to 6 people. Linens and towels are not included. If you would like this option, please let us know. Guests can park their car in the enclosed courtyard and recharge their electric car.
