This building, now a private residence, is linked to several highlights of 20th century history. It was at the Hôtel du Parc that the negotiations for the resolution of the Algerian conflict took place and which led, on March 18, 1962, to the signing of the Evian Accords. You can walk freely in the beautiful private park directly overlooking the marina.

The apartment is located in a privileged area, and close to everything: Lausanne train station (1km), Bellerive beach (1km), Migros store (100m), Milan park and its botanical garden (100m). The apartment has a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed allowing sleeping 2 people separately. A private parking space ( max 4m long ) is available.
