GITE DU PETIT PAYSAN - Relaxation among horses

Rest at Les Granges, in an old dairy farm and filming location of the film "Petit Paysan" directed by our son. The cottage has been restored in the Champagne style – the place located in a hamlet is very quiet and you will live among our horses. Lake Der is 8 km away - All comforts: one TV per room. Electricity is extra. Read the house rules carefully. Free firewood. No pets in the bedrooms, please. Linens provided and beds made. Mosquito nets everywhere.

The Barse Stable

Built in an old stable, our cottage is actually a large 65 m2 studio, an outbuilding not overlooked, where you will be in the quiet of the Champagne countryside. Come and discover exceptional nature: the passage of migratory birds, the forests of the Regional Natural Park and the Orient Lakes. Swimming, fishing, forest walks, we are also 10 minutes from the Thennelières highway exit, 20 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park or 20 minutes from Troyes!

Beautiful large architect's family house with basement in a popular and sought-after area. Spacious, comfortable, cozy and warm pavilion with 3/4 bedrooms located 300 m from Saint-Dizier. The functional house with all its comforts is suitable for families as well as travelers on the go. The house is close to Val d'Ornel with its 2 gyms and shops (Carrefour, McDonald's etc...) The "Les Sources du Lac" beach is 16 km from the cottage (20 minutes by car).

Ideally located on one side facing Lake Der and its dike (walking access) and on the other side facing the bocage and the river where you will have the pleasure of seeing different birds and our famous crane. It is a new house with garage located in the charming village of Sainte Marie du Lac Nuisement, on a plot of about 3500 m2 with a large parking space in front (possibility to park boat and boat) and a terrace at the back.

Family apartment for 6 people with private terrace

70 m² accommodation with a 23 m² terrace where you can share good times with your loved ones, you can enjoy this beautiful space, not overlooked, quiet, with its barbecue (electric), garden furniture and a corner sofa. From the apartment you can access the dike on foot or by bike, you will enjoy beautiful walks to observe the fauna and flora of our beautiful Lake and access the nautical station.
