The sofas in the living room can also be converted into a bed and used as sleeping accommodation. In the bedrooms, one bed is 1.8 metres wide, and the other is 1.4 metres wide. Electric cars can be charged in the car park at a rate of 11 kW/h, at a cost of €0.27/kW.

The house consists of a main building with a tiled stove and an adjacent building with 2 more fire places, a winter garden and a home cinema.
