Monthly Rentals in Eaton

Just as described. Host was very responsive and kept me up to date with any maintenance issues inside/outside that were going to be taken care of. I work nights and was respectful of my schedule as they could be. Location was beautiful rural farm land. Closest to town for what I was willing to pay. 25 min drive to Utica. Just to add about the weather in the winter. The surrounding hwy are fairly well maintained. But sometimes in early mornings when I got off work the plows had not made it yet for first pass. Or it snowed so much they haven’t made it back for another pass. Just an FYI so anyone doesn’t find out the hard way like I did. Thank god for 4wheel drives.

Stayed here for my 25th reunion at Colgate and booking here was my best decision. Extremely comfortable, perfectly decorated, and a nice quiet area. Also close enough to campus that Colgate vans could pick us up and drop us off. Most important for me was having a full kitchen to prepare my meals. But there was so much to love like the adorable outdoor seating area. The host was also phenomenal, responsive and helpful but gave us our space too. Id definitely choose this place for my next visit. Feel so lucky we found it.

Another wonderful stay in Dorcas's place! We loved everything about it and hope to return again.

The view from the master bedroom of a valley and mountains, combined with the well manicured backyard was amazing. The unit was smaller than I anticipated, however it was very efficient. I was already planning on giving the unit and owner five-star review. Then the owner went above and beyond my expectations helping me correct a mistake I made in the booking process, and accommodated a last minute change. Also an unexpected storm knocked the power out on our final day and I was impressed when the owner ran a generator to ensure our unit had power. 11/10 Will book again.
