This over-garage studio has a private entrance, a queen-sized bed, a futon, gas fireplace, kitchenette & bathroom. There is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster but no oven/stovetop. There is a small gas grill available May-Oct. We have beautiful mountain views & are located 10 minutes from downtown. NOTE: Our driveway is long and steep. 4WD/AWD vehicles are often needed to safely get up our driveway in the winter. Also, you will hear the garage door when it opens & closes.

Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. Lakeside camp near North Conway

We loved loves loved Cassie’s place on the lake. We spent most of our time on the deck with the gas firepit, enjoying the view. Kitchen had what we needed, though a few teabags and sugar would have been nice ( there was coffee). Beds were very comfy! Loved the seclusion of the rental, which is our top priority! Shower was great, too.

Already dreaming of returning ! Thank you so much for sharing your peaceful place with us . The bed was possibly the most comfortable in any airbnb I’ve stayed in . Place was immaculate and had everything you could possibly need . Bathroom felt spa like with an abundance of soft fluffy towels , hair shampoo , conditioner , fluffy rugs . Kitchen was very functional & we easily made our breakfast (thank you for the fresh eggs ) . Great place y disconnect but if you’re working on the go you’ll be able to do so comfortably here . Such warm & loving hosts . Our stay felt like a dream .

What a wonderfull place to stay, especially if you have children. There is plenty of room and the kids claimed the downstairs to hang out. They also enjoyed the swings. It's in a good location to enjoy Conway and the White Mountains. I highly recommend this stay.

The place is amazing. We really enjoyed our trip to White Mountains. We went there to watch Fall foliage. Mark’s place is cozy and he is a really great host. Very helpful and proactive. We will definitely consider to visit this place again next year. Thanks Mark!
