House holiday rentals in Easthampton

We had a lovely time with our family! We were with 2 young children and my elderly father who cannot walk well (uses a walker). The house was perfectly designed to accommodate my father and had great living areas for us to spend time together. A very cozy, warm and welcoming home (with lots of amenities!). Yael is a very friendly, responsive host. We’d gladly come back for another winter or perhaps a summer stay! Thank you Yael!

Historic house on a beautiful property. Kitchen had all the equipment you could need along with top of the line stove and oven. Make cooking for a large group easy and enjoyable!

We had an amazing stay! David was quick to respond with any questions I had and even came out to hook up the propane tank for the heated pool. I saw in previous reviews about the tricky driveway but David’s description of it is perfectly accurate and not any trouble, just a little steep but nothing super tricky to deal with! The house has a beautiful setup and view, very clean and so much space. Even though it was cold and rainy we had the most fun and peaceful stay at this home. The bride of the bachelorette group said she wants to book with David on her own just for another stay/get-a-way! Highly recommend this beautiful space!

We selected this amazing property as the location for our mini-wedding and we could not have been happier. The house is brilliant in every way. The floor plan, the furnishings, the decor, and the grounds are all thoughtful and stunningly beautiful. The property manager was always responsive and kind. This is truly a top property and you will not be disappointed. We cannot wait to visit again.

Kelsey is flexible and responsive. You can tell she thought about how to curate a great stay by all of the amenities and presentation of the house. It’s cozy! Kelsey does have house rules but they’re not overbearing and if anything it was nice to have clear expectations communicated from the beginning.

Morning Side is filled with character and charm. The house itself, the furnishings, and even the book collection take you back to 18th century New England. The kitchen and dining area are particularly cozy and inviting. The windows and views are magical, particularly with a good snowfall. The host was very helpful, particularly proactive about preparing the sidewalk and driveway for snowfall, even on Thanksgiving Day!

I wish I had known about this property sooner for my visits to Amherst College. It was better than advertised. Sunny, clean, comfortable and so close to walk to town. My whole family enjoyed it very much.

Mindy & her spacious home were perfect; just what we needed for a last-minute trip to Easthampton. The location on beautiful acreage is centrally located… Just minutes from the quaint uptown & many shops and groceries. Everything was immaculately clean & we especially appreciated the detailed information she left throughout the house so that we could understand what light switches did what, how to use the washing machine, the preference for having an outdoor light on at night, etc. Mindy thought of everything. She greeted us upon arrival, had pleasant conversations when we’d see her out & about on the property, & was prompt/helpful when we had questions. Bed/pillows were very comfortable, seating in living room was relaxing & comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked & perfect for cooking all our meals. Shower & bathroom were modern, with ample hot water. Washer & dryer were so convenient. We rented downstairs but were allowed to look up…we will definitely rent entire house for family!

We were visiting our son and new grandchild in Easthampton for a week and Erin's apt was ideal in terms of location and a peaceful environment. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Her open air second floor porch was a gem. The kitchen was very well-appointed. The apt was more spacious than we expected and had wonderful extra rooms and furnishings. It is also very competitive price wise for the Pioneer valley. Erin is very kind and responsive. We will certainly consider another stay when we are in Easthampton.

Mighty is fantastic! Her place is brimming with art and comfort, soft colorful rugs, creativity and spirit in every nook and cranny. So many thoughtful details from the toilet seat warmer to the lavender sachets. Just everything. But that lake that meets the back deck. It is magical. What a place and what a kind and caring host.

This is a great property. An abundance of communal space, porches front and back. Also an extremely well equipped kitchen. A few blocks off the Florence Main Street, and just a few minutes by car from downtown Northampton. The neighborhood itself is very quiet, unless you are counting all the birds in the trees that shade the property. It's also close to the interstate if this is going to be your base of operations for wider adventures. I would definitely recommend it for a group over any hotel in the area, and I've tried several over the years.

Perfect house for traveling with a toddler and family! Beautiful backyard with views of Mt. Tom and lots of books and toys for our kiddo.

This place was great, I was a little concerned it may be too rustic based on the pictures, but the place was fabulous. No problems with wifi, access, sleeping arrangements. The open space for the kitchen/tv room were so great for our large family. Everything is well appointed, there are clear instructions everywhere on how to use anything in the house. It was really nice for our short weekend stay for graduation. I felt the kitchen was better stocked than most places I've stayed. They had everything we needed. I wish we could have used the fireplace on this rainy cold weekend, but heard maybe it's an Airbnb thing not an owner thing. If you want to head to this area, this was a great place to stay.

We stayed here for graduation weekend from Smith College. It was an easy drive and nice to be a little removed. The house was perfect for a large group and the host was very responsive! We loved the neighborhood and the back deck. It was also fun for the kids in the group to watch the high school track meet one afternoon. The layout worked very well and the beds were very confortable. Probably one of my favorite air bnbs.

Plenty of space to spread out and a nice yard if the weather allows you to enjoy it. Easy walk if you are hungry or just want to check out the town. Debra is kind and accommodating. She is enthusiastic about her home and the beautiful area she resides in. Already planning a trip back to enjoy more of the biking and hiking in this area.

We especially appreciated the privacy of the location—it felt like our own peaceful retreat, tucked away just enough to disconnect while still being accessible. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us, even setting aside a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my girlfriend’s birthday. It was a thoughtful gesture that did not go unnoticed. Communication was excellent throughout—responsive, clear, and genuinely warm. Every interaction felt intentional, with attention to detail that made us feel welcome and valued. Highly recommended for couples looking for a quiet, intimate escape with top-tier hospitality.

Bryan and June’s place is peaceful and cozy, and the location by the river is spectacular. The kitchen was really comfortable, clean and usable with lots of cookware and nice quality dishes to eat off of; we easefully made multiple meals together and really enjoyed doing it - which isn’t always the case with Airbnbs. Both bedrooms are lovely, so if you’re in a group that needs both bedrooms, this is a rare find where EVERYONE gets “the nice room.” A rare find!! The beds are comfy and on the softer side, and should work great for 99% of people (they were just fine for my spouse and for our friend who traveled with us). IF you are someone who needs an especially firm and supportive bed due to back issues (my situation, sigh), they may not work for you. I’m only sharing that for anyone else in my very specific position, since I also rely on reviews for info like this!

We really enjoyed our stay here. House was comfy and clean on a beautiful quiet street. Plenty of off road parking. There were little extras throughout the house that was very convenient, although we didn't need it, there were plenty of toiletries and snacks! Maria was an excellent host very attentive to making our stay comfortable as possible.

this place is magical. my sisters and I have stayed here twice now, for her wedding and now for mine. both times the home has been clean and the overall experience has been wonderful.

We were three couples coming together for a college reunion in the area. The house fit our needs perfectly with plenty of space to relax and cook. The fireplace was a godsend during a May nor'easter. Victoria left detailed instructions and welcomed us with thoughtful touches like popcorn and local restaurant recommendations. We just can't recommend it enough if you're looking in the area. Our only regret was that we were unable to enjoy the outdoor fire pit given the weather.

This home is just what the pictures show. It was a great first experience with Airbnb. Checking in and out was simple. The only thing we noticed is that one of the bathroom’s trash was not thrown out. Other than that, no other issues. The home is very nice and clean. Just an FYI for future renters, the house is in a Main Street but we didn’t mind the minimal traffic noise, mostly at night, since we live in a big city and are used to it. We would stay here again.

Memorable stay in The Berkshires! Nicole's place was cozy and welcoming a great place to relax and unwind after long days of sightseeing and shopping. At night the backyard would be lit by the soft glow of string lights and made for the perfect scene to end every day in the hot tub.
