Our cozy guest house is in a quiet neighborhood, and is not a primary residence. We are exactly 2 miles from downtown Northampton. There is one queen size bed downstairs in an open floor plan, another queen bed upstairs in bedroom 1, and two twin beds in bedroom 2. There is a washer/dryer unit, propane fireplace, and private back deck with views of gardens and woodlands. There is a short river walk at the end of the block and a nearby trail meanders along the river, ending at Smith college.

It is an easy walk/bike/drive to downtown (just over a 1/2 mile to all those restaurants, cafes, pastry shops and lots of shopping!) and campus of Smith College (about 1/2 mile). Welcome to Frankin! This is a beautiful Victorian duplex that is close to everything you need. The house is divided down the middle. One side of the house is the rental and my wife and I live on the other side. The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Northampton and just minutes from Smith College. There is also a nice park a couple of blocks down the road as well!
