Please read complete description before you book. A short 1 hr. car ride from Mtl will bring you to the picturesque Eastern Townships. This beautiful little century home is located on 76 acres with a forest and meandering streams. The in-ground swimming pool is open from June till September (it's not heated). The house is bright, clean and has a comfy feel to it. It’s fully equipped kitchen, veranda, BBQ, and the campfire is quite the treat. Trails from the backyard will take you into the woods.

Located in Saint-Étienne de Bolton in Estrie, Ch'i Terra is an enchanting area nestled between mountains, lakes and rivers. Possibility of staying alone, with friends or as a couple by renting the cottage which offers three bedrooms, a kitchenette, a stone fireplace and access to the private lake and forest. The displayed price is for double occupancy. If other people in your group are accompanying you and occupying rooms, there is an additional fee of $90 per additional room.

The private lake is a protected area (no gas-powered motors allowed) and is brimming with trout and other species of fish each year. A paddle board, canoe and kayak will be at your disposal. Set on bucolic backroads, looking out towards Stowe, the little Farmhouse is a Vermont country paradise. Starting in 2026, we will be building a home adjacent to the farmhouse. The property might be a bit of a construction project in the Spring and through the Summer. *Read the “rules” section if you plan to bring a dog :) .
