Really lovely home that is loved and shared. Little bit of road noise if you’re not used to being close to a main road but easy enough to fall asleep after a night out. Cherryl is a wonderful host and thinks of everything for your stay. Well recommended and would book again.

Had a comfortable stay. Had everything we needed and was so close to some really great food/wine spots and cafes. Also very easy to get the tram into the city.

Situated in beautiful quiet back street. Long walk down side of house to accommodation under main house. No problem for us but might be a little tough if you are not very ambulant. Fantastic walk down to the water through rainforest like vegetation to the ferry. Amazing. From ferry can get anywhere in the bay area. No kitchen or kitchen sink but they do offer to wash any dishes etc. So no cooking. Lots of food extras. Very happy with stay.

This little peace of heaven was perfect for our family to celebrate my 40th birthday. From the moment we walked in the front gate to see the house amongst the gum trees and then the waterfall from the bedroom. We felt like we stepped into an old fairytale world with our own treehouse. Everywhere we walked felt like little fairy’s were waiting to greet us. The ferns throughout and stepping stones between each area made for the best adventures. The kids loved watching the frogs and tadpoles in the back pool. The natural pool was incredible and soul nourishing. Our first experience with a natural pool and it was breathtaking, especially being able to swim under the waterfalls. Thank you so much Sarah, we hope to return sometime Soon.

Just the most fabulous stay - better than the pictures. We were so comfortable, we couldn't have wanted for anything, Samara had it! Designed like Pinterest pics, so cozy with the fire pits and great communication with hosts. Thanks Samara!!

From the moment you unlock the gate and drive through the trees up the hill to the house and catch the panoramic views for the first time.. wow. The house has a great layout and feel, from the mud room at the front, top the decking out back, the living and kitchen area is fantastic, this off grid home is very comfortable, the fire place made it feel very cozy and warm for our winter stay, the view out the huge glass window is forever changing a perfect setting for watching the sun go down with a glass of wine, we had this luxury for a few nights, entertained with fiery red sky's sunsets too storm clouds rolling through our stay was just brilliant, slowing down and enjoying our surroundings, watching kangaroo and sheep grazing perfect way to unwind and switch off from our busy working lifestyles, reluctantly our stay came to an end, we will be rebooking at a future date that for sure..

We had such an amazing time! The cottage is gorgeous, and we appreciated the fire place. Thank you Alexis for having us, I am sure we will be back😊

It is a really beautiful house overseeing the beach near Nelson Bay. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay for a few nights. Host was really nice, even messaged me that she found my misplaced ring. thank you very much! Best seaside experience we had!

We only stayed for two days but would easily stay longer. The apartment is large and comfortable. Everything as in the description and photos. There is a swimming pool that we didn't use as the weather was a bit cold and windy, but we certainly wood in a better weather. The washing machine and tumble dryer also came handy on out trip. Margaret is kind and helpful. I certainly recommend this accomodation.

Ellen and Keith are such an amazing, wonderful and helpful hosts❤️! They took very good care of us and really go beyond their means to help us. Our trip up there were a series of unfortunate events but our lovely hosts absolutely brighten up our trip! We are eternally grateful for their help during our stay with them. As for the cottage, it is very cozy and charming. It has everything we needed there from well-supplied kitchen to comfortable bed. In addition, the location was walkable distance to nice restaurants and supermarket. Fantastic place to chill and unwind! We highly recommend anyone who wants to visit Bangalow/intends to explore Byron Bay to stay with them!

Thanks Helen. I thought your place was super cute and spacious. Pretty old school and not fancy, but I love that. The price of staying was very reasonable. Also loved the gorgeous Rainbow Lorikeets in the trees out front 🌈

if you love animals then Julie's B&B is the place for you. My two snags loved meeting their kindred pack and roaming the countryside. we were shadowed by two friendly nanny goats and the cutest two dorper lambs you'll ever meet. take some fresh greens and they'll be friends for life. I loved the link,tink of the sheep bell in the quiet of the night as the heard grazed in the paddocks. The views of the paddocks and hills are amazing to wake up to in fresh good quality crisp bed linen. Yummies in the fridge when you arrive and a balcony to lounge on with a quiet relaxing drink. Ahhhh the serenity ...

We loved staying among the trees, it was beautiful. A winter stay but nice and warm with the reverse cycle aircon, a great bath and so many helpful inclusions (hair dryer, different teas). A beautiful cooked breakfast on the deck and a cheese & cracker box in the fridge. We will come again. Also enjoyed Brouhaha for dinner. Thank you

Highly recommend this hidden gem. It’s nestled on a quiet street, just a 5-min walk to the Lake & Warilla beach. The place was is so neat & easy to maintain. Anthony was extremely generous & filled the fridge with milk, juice, yogurt, fruit, bread, cheese + a massive tray full of snacks, more bread, ice-cream in the freezer, fancy coffee pods + instant coffee which we prefer, kitchen paper, tissue boxes, ample toilet paper. Lots of cooking dishes, utensils, crockery & cutlery, everything in excellent condition. Beautiful TVs in the living room & bedroom. Excellent aircon in the dining room/kitchen, beautiful ceiling fan in the bedroom + an excellent pedestal sunbeam quiet fan in the living room. So many beach towels & bath towels, massive bottles of body wash, shampoo & conditioner, good cleaning products in the kitchen. Anthony was extremely responsive when my husband sustained some deep skin abrasions & gave us antiseptic solution + application buds. Loved & enjoyed staying here. ❤️

Wonderful stay at Don’s— the neighborhood is beautiful, walkable, with so many restaurants, cafes and things to do. Easy access to transit to go into the city or to get to surrounding neighborhoods. Don was very responsive at all times. Would stay again!

Our stay was very good and our hosts were friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Shack for those that want a quiet place to stay away from town but close enough to head over easily for dinner or shopping. The location itself has great views and the accommodation is very comfortable.

We went to stay for a couple of nights and it was just right for us. Getting in to the restaurants was a nice drive and getting back to the cabin was quiet and calming. Loved the wood fire!

A great little spot in a wonderful vineyard, we loved the proximity to the Grampians & many other small towns. Perfect for us as we had friends close by. Katrina was always responsive & helpful. Would stay again, maybe in spring when everything is budding. Would be beautiful.

Rob and Ade are superhosts for excellent reason - They have truly prepared an outstanding accomodation stay for their guests, which is well-catered, warmly welcoming and truly all encompassing, down to the array of breakfasts, snacks and common household goods you forgot you needed! Plus extra! We truly want to thank Robin and Ade for allowing us to experience their welcoming abode. It was such a delight to spend time here with our little girl, who also enjoyed her time and was well catered for, too! We informed Rob that we enjoyed it so much that he needed to expect us to come back for a romantic getaway down the line. SO, experience this wonderful, welcoming and peaceful cottage for yourselves. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Fantastic location and the cottage was extremely comfortable with a great deck, large windows with fantastic outlooks, a fireplace and BBQ. The hosts provided great recommendations for coffee, cafe and other local suggestions. .

A lovely apartment in a stunning location. You get absolutely beautiful sunsets over the winery from the balcony and the log burner is a great addition for cold winter nights. A perfect place for a getaway out of the city!
