A peaceful and comfortable stay, on a very lovely and picturesque property. We had everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing stay. The perfect spot for visiting Brae. Emily was a friendly and responsive host.

We had a beautiful weekend away at Cox’s cottage. It was so quiet and the views, especially at sunset, were unreal. It was a great escape from the city to unwind for a few days! The cottage itself is so charming and Jeremy and Annette were very responsive.

Great place to stay. It's clean and comfortably, very homely and welcoming. Rob is a great host and very responsive. The breakfast, fruit platter, cheese and nuts were wonderful extras. Easy to park. Very centrally located. Lovely garden. Comfy bed and facilities. Thanks so much Rob and Ade!

excellent place. peacefully. you feel you don't need the internet. My kids loved the llamas and the night sky. if we are going to snowy mountains region definitely book Dave &. Diane's place for a stop over.

WE HAD THE BEST TIME, HOST WHERE WONDERFUL AND VERY HELPFUL, ROS HELPED US TO GET TO THE CHURCH FOR A WEDDING IN THE POURING RAIN. I'D RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE GOING TO BERRY... WE WOULD STAY THER AGAIN GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY.. THANKS LOADS ROS N PETER CHEERS

A great place to stay not far from town with spectacular views and peacefulness. Comfortable, very clean. Liked having bacon and fresh farm eggs for breakfast and choice of cereals, bread in freezer, fresh milk coffee and even pancake mix. Lovely outdoor area to sit. Would recommend to anyone for very nice country getaway. Wendy a friendly and warm host. Thank you

Excellent communication by Sandra, very friendly and made me feel like im at my home. The place was spotless, and the host had the fridge and the cabinets filled up what all the necessary items you may need during our stay, very thoughtful 😊

Fantastic property, so many interesting pieces, super comfy bed and amazing shower. Good parking and an easy walk up to the main town. Good communication, hosts were no around but look forward to neeting them next time.

Great B&B. Lovely location

We had a great stay, it was very peaceful. The farm animals were awesome and Chloe (the cat) & Kramer/PJ (the dogs) were adorable and so friendly got some awesome boots.

I was very happy to have stayed at Monica’s BnB. She was very friendly and helpful and the house was very clean and well presented.

Larry and Lainey were wonderful hosts. They are caring and hospitable and truly kind and interested in people. Old school charm and endearing. so great to stay at your lovely abode. The old town hall was a great visit for us and our two dogs. It was a perfect space for us as well, being charming, warm and well appointed. The convenience to local venues was optimal but the site remained quiet and private. We would definitely stay there again.

I loved the natural stone pool and bush surroundings, grotto like bath/ shower perfect for two and airy light open deck/ lounge room. The kitchen is much like a hotel but everything is close by for substantial meals outside of brekky and reheating. Janine is so lovely and unobtrusive. I would recommend her place to anyone the wants a quiet stay.

Sharon’s amazing accomodation was perfect for a weekend holiday and made us feel right at home straight away. It was close to everything and easy to get to. The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having breakfast already there was incredible, we can’t thank Sharon enough and we will definitely be coming back to this accomodation again in the near future

A beautiful, spacious home that suited a family get together perfectly. All those extra special touches made it a perfect stay. A fully equipped kitchen, an amazing bathtub and so much room made for a great time away. The Pictionary game was an hoot and hopefully the laughter from this didn’t disturb the neighbours 🫣🤣🤣🤣. Loved this so much. Tracy was such a lovely host and it was so comfortable and relaxing to stay here after a long car trip. Waking up to such a beautiful view was the best I wish we could have stayed longer.

This was our second Stay. We loved the unique historic connection. The House is filled with Period items; including Artwork, furnishings and documented stories to read about the history of the House and Township of Chiltern. The attention to detail showed how passionate and proud Merv and Tracey are of their beloved Home and not to mention the stunning surrounding Garden. Merv and Tracey - many thanks for your Hospitality. ps: There are a few secrets that I will not share - that greeted us on arrival . . . . . shhhhhhh not telling).

A beautiful house in a stunning location. The views, especially sunrise, are incredible. House has everything you could need including an awesome alfresco area and is in easy walking distance to shops and cafes. Highly recommend

The house was very clean and well-kept, with a beautiful backyard and a lovely swimming pool perfect for relaxing. The host was responsive and everything was just as described in the listing. The only minor downside was that one of the neighbors didn’t seem very friendly, but it didn’t impact our overall stay. Would recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!

The loaf is stunning looked exactly like the pictures— perfect for a weekend getaway. It was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the horses on the property were adorable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a relaxing and romantic escape.
