Teachers cottage way exceeded my expectations! Private, peaceful and beautifully surrounded by nature. Well decorated and has everything you need. Candy and Ritchie were both wonderful hosts, friendly, very responsive and always willing to help. Loved my stay at Old School Farm!

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Annelize for her hospitality. Her home was cozy and so beautiful. We had everything we needed. Annelize is a very thoughtful host and would recommend anyone to stay at her beautiful chalet. We were warm with the electric blankets and fire place and not to mention the hot tub. Views from her home was just incredible. Thank you so much for the beautiful stay.

Great cottage in a great location. We visited in winter and the wood burning oven warms up the entire house. Great bedrooms, comfy and clean. The kitchen has everything you need to be self sufficient. The deck looks out over a fantastic magic garden. The garden has all sorts of hidden corners that must be explored. We picked our dinner veggies, grape fruits, oranges and lemons - there is loads more. If we could give this place 6 out of 5 we would have. Loved it

This was our second stay, we felt so at home last year that we came back! Grace Cottage is homely, comfortable, spacious and peaceful. Ideal for a family holiday. We spent a lot of time around the braai area, very convenient to keep an eye on the kids in the lounge 😉 We all loved the swing in the beautiful garden and that oak tree was the recipient of many hugs 😊. Definitely recommend this home!

Linda was amazing- going out of her way to help us with additional nights after we ran into some issues. the units were lovely and the staff so helpful and friendly - moving our luggage to different units due to the additional nights. thank you!!

Our purpose for the weekend was us attending my son’s wedding.The accommodation was neat. I saw too late that all bedrooms were upstairs, so my mom of 80 years had to find a different accommodation when we got there. That was my mistake for not reading all the details. We expected a lake view from the house. However, we had a beautiful view of the mountains from the 2 bedrooms and the garden area from the bathroom. The fire place on the stoop could not be used due to rainy weather. Belinda is very responsive, we had a small problem with having no hot water the one evening and Belinda made sure that this was fixed first thing in the morning. All in all, we had a very comfortable & cosy stay. Thank you Belinda.🙌🏻

Our stay at Jane's place was magnificent. The peacefulness was exactly what we needed. The cottage is much bigger than we thought, which was a nice surprise. Will definitely be going there again.

This place is truly a hidden gem! The breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding landscape made it feel like a perfect blend of forest and seaside tranquility. The home was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Every moment felt like stepping into a masterpiece of nature’s beauty — truly a reflection of God’s artwork. The steps leading to this hidden gem were truly rewarding. Karen was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with, making me feel like part of her family from the start. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a refreshing escape from daily life, even if you already live near the ocean — this is an entirely unique experience.

Lovely old house but with all mod cons and comfortably furnished. Walking distance from all attractions and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Palomino cottage was a wonderful place to relax and unwind. We really enjoyed the privacy, the birds, the monkeys in the trees and the wonderful feeling of being deep in nature. Craig was really helpful and friendly

Our first visit to the Transkei.. what an amazing experience! We loved every minute of it.. The cottage is comfortable, has everything you may need, and the most amazing view of the beach. Leading up to our stay Patricia was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. During our stay Corina was very helpful and pleasant. Highly recommend Davisons Cottage for your next visit to the beautiful Transkei! Hope to be visiting myself again in the not too distant future..

We had a wonderful stay and this well equipped house. It's very well situated and in a beautiful setting.

We had a great stay at Nicky’s house. It is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. It was a great communication as she replied quickly. For check in somebody was there to welcome us as well for check out. We had some issues with the power of the sockets (was the first time that this happened) on our last day but somebody came quickly to fix the issue so it wasn’t a big deal :) We would definitely come back for another trip. Thanks for having us :)

We love everything about the Dusty Vine and the wonderful town of Phillipolis. It has become a perfect stopover for us - wonderful to get off the N1. Thank you again, this heritage house is always perfect.

Jenny and her husband were the perfect hosts. We arrived in the beautiful and icy cold Hogsback, greeted by her husband and he went out of his way to make sure we have enough firewood and everything needed to start a warm and cozy fire. Jenny kept communicating with us through our trip and recommended very nice things for us to do. They were just wonderful, and everything about our stay was perfect!

What a great place! Felt right at home, our kids played with their kids and made them feel comfortable. The hosts are a wonderful couple, made us feel very comfortable and relaxed.
