Condo holiday rentals in Eastern Algarve

We had a great holiday at Rui’s apartment. Check in was so easy and Rui gave us lots of local recommendations, he was always there to answer any questions we had. He accommodated us with an early check in after a very very early flight which was so kind and convenient! The apartment is in such a wonderful location, right next to the beach and just a short walk from the Old Town. The apartment was spotless clean and we even got new linen and towels changed after a few days, which was a lovely bonus! The pool area was very clean and well maintained, our kids really really loved the pool and would have happily stayed in it all day! We highly recommend the apartment and we will most definitely be back ☺️

Nice apartment for a summer holiday. Great location, walkable to everything. Pool is nice and wonderful for kids. It's in a bustling and busy area, but the apartment complex felt private and secure. Tarik was fantastic host and extremely helpful and accomodating.

All in all this was a very good apartment. Only 7 minutes in a straight way to the beach. Justine answered almost right away. For the autumn time I would highly recommend this!

We stayed for a week in November 2024 and the location was great, regardless of what the weather was going to bring. The beaches are close by; MAR/ Designer Outlet were 15-20 minutes leisurely drive away and Forum not much longer. Faro old town was similarly close too. If you are a golfer, this is a perfect location to be in and if you are not, it is an upmarket area, with a very nice atmosphere. The property was large enough for us as a couple and having the satellite TV in so many languages will make it suitable for a range of nationalities. The local Pingo Doce is literally 5 minutes away, making life very easy, whether picking up essentials, or products for cooking in the ample kitchen in the condo. In all, a very nice stay.

Ricardo and Elisabeta were fantastic. The apartment was apportioned really well with all the amenities. Really nice balcony area. The electric shutters were really nice to shut out the sun when not wanted!

Jorge’s place was really a home away from home especially with our three little girls (5, 4, 1.5 years old). Our girls loved the two bunkbeds. It was spacious, super clean & the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook meals but also walkable to many beaches and restaurants; however one of our favourites was the restaurant just below the building! We loved the beach behind the building as well which was only a few minutes walk. We didn’t end up using the pools in the facility but everything looked great! Jorge himself was very responsive, professional and definitely a superhost helping us check-in as we booked this Airbnb very last minutes and got there later in the evening. The shampoo and conditioner in the showers were nicer than the ones I have at home. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Portugal in the future. We had an amazing time! The apartment was perfectly located just outside of the busy old town, but only walking distance in for food and drinks. Great addition being able to use hotel opposites facilities. Would 100% book the apartment in the future! Thank you :)

Ruhige Lage , in wenigen Minuten ist man in der Stadt. :) Eine super Pizzeria nebenan , sowie ein super Café für den besten Kaffee überhaupt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Kontakt mit Teresa , war sehr schön. Sie antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Ein schöner Pool für die Abkühlung. Vielen lieben Dank , wir kommen gerne wieder. Das einzige : wir haben die Hängematte vermisst :P

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr schön. Ganz in der Nähe von Ferragudo (ca.10 Minuten zu Fuß). Auch findet man immer einen Parkplatz bei der Wohnung. Ana war sehr freundlich und antwortete schnell auf Fragen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft!!!

Es un sitio tranquilo para las fechas en las que fuimos. Cerca de la playa, con buena zona de paseo. Fuimos con nuestra mascota y disfrutamos mucho con ella. Descansamos y desconectamos en naturaleza. Tiene servicios cerca. Todo accesible.

Wir waren 4 Monate mit 2 Hunden bei Mari Carmen. Sie ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hat bei kleinen Problemen sofort reagiert. Die Wohnung ist groß genug aber im Winter etwas kalt. Heizung war aber vorhanden. Die Nachbarn sind sehr nett. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Danke Mari Carmen

A few minutes walking to city center, private and shaded car parking and great serene vibe in the common garden and pool makes this place a gem if a find, definitely be back for more in the future.

Ein wirklich bezaubernder Ort nah an der Natur, wo wir zur Ruhe kommen konnten und die Nähe zum Meer mit einem fantastischen Ausblick genießen konnten. Besonders fand ich, dass es echte Zimmerpflanzen in der Wohnung gab und auch auf der fantastischen Terrasse. Wunderbarer Ort für den Dezember Urlaub. Ratsam ist ein Mietwagen, da die Anlage doch ein wenig außerhalb liegt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Had a great stay at this lovely spacious apartment. With quite a few bathrooms and some lovely balconies it was perfect and could easily of accommodated more. The location is excellent, and being in the gated marina complex, very quiet and safe with loads of parking (right outside the apartment) and restaurants/bars and supermarkets all in walking distance (<5mins). Some great walks nearby and Albufeira is a super cheap uber ride or you can cycle/walk. The apartment was furnished to a high standard with everything you could need...and it was a perfect place for us to stay over Christmas and New Year. Luci was a great host with clear instructions and answered questions in a few minutes. First time in the marina and we will definitely be back! Thanks Luci.

Special mention and thank you very much must go to the reception staffs whom were always very helpful and friendly throughout the stay and also communication through app . We did not made use of the mid-week cleaning service but only asked for clean towels and that was not a problem. Personal preference, the bed could have been more comfortable as per my husband. Overall we have had a great stay.

Muy contentos mi pareja y yo , tuvimos una estancia tranquila , Martins fue muy atenta y las instalaciones muy limpias y nuevas , aparte de la terraza tan amplia que teníamos ,volveremos!!!?

Très bel appartement avec très grand balcon. Parking gratuit au pied du bâtiment. Piscine accessible,très agréable. L’océan á pied en moins de 15min. Nous recommandons!

There is nothing but praise and gratitude to Kathleen and Manuel for being such amazing hosts. The property exceeded expectations, and we found everything to be as described perfectly according to the description. We didn't have a car, but used uber/taxis to carvoeiro and local areas such as Estombar and Benagil. The local intermarche supermarket was only a 10 walk away, and I'd compare it to Asda in UK. Plenty of choice, easy to find what you need, but do not buy imported English goods unless absolutely necessary because they're extremely overpriced (just some helpful advice) Kathleen and Manuel have 2 dogs. Millie and Max. We absolutely fell in love with Millie especially 😍 please give her attention if you love dogs and Sat by the pool, she's so friendly and super intelligent. The attention to detail in everything about the property was perfect for our family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children aged 8 and 9. We'd absolutely recommend this property and hosts to anyone.

Eravamo già stati da David e ci siamo ritornati con molto piacere, è come essere a casa. Il posto era molto tranquillo in questo periodo, siamo stati benissimo. David ha soddisfatto immediatamente ogni nostra richiesta, lo ringraziamo moltissimo.

This ranks high among the top Airbnbs we have visited. The location is beautiful, great views, close to restaurants and the beach. It does require climbing a hill, so fair warning. Worth it to be close to the action but very quiet at night. I'd stay here forever if I could! Unit is well equipped for a family with kids. Love, love, love!

Irina war super nett und jederzeit schnell erreichbar, wenn man Fragen hatte. Die Unterkunft sieht genauso aus wie auf den Bildern, und ich habe mich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. In der Umgebung ist alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar: Supermarkt, Restaurants und der Strand. Ich kann einen Aufenthalt in Irinas Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!☺️

Really lovely place to stay in Alvor. Good location only a short walk from town but far enough away to be very peaceful, with ample car parking and a grocery store a 1 minute walk away. The condominium pool and apartment balcony were great additions to our seaside holiday experience! The apartment itself was very spacious for two people and comfortably furnished with everything we needed during our stay, including some beach towels and umbrellas. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in Alvor!
